I have had memory foam in the past so I assumed that the #1 brand would be even better. It is actually worse, I don't get how it could be so bad as it feels great at the store and when you lay down but overnight it puts pressures in all the wrong places and you wake up with massive pain. 3 people in our household and we all (and i sleep on anything) woke up in pain after using it for the requested month. Do not get it!

The delivery was excellent, efficient and caring about our home. Set up was good and right on time. We have had great sleep every night since we got our mattress. After so many nights tossing and turning we finally found the perfect mattress. We never even thought we would get a tempurpedic mattress but we were so happy with her sales person and the way we were shown every type of mattress and all choices we could make.

This mattress gives the support with the comfort needed when arms and shoulders hurt from sleeping on your side. It does not completely cure all of the hurting , but it is better than the Serta I comfort mattress we had been sleeping on the last five years. It is soft with a firm under lay that keeps you on a level plain. I didn't think it would be better than what we had, but I was wrong. This mattress has improved my night sleep. We got this California King sized mattress to replace a waterbed insert mattress that we had kept way past its expiration date! We expected an initial adjustment period. But from the 1st night, it felt great! It fit perfectly inside our waterbed frame, and was the perfect thickness to let us roll out of bed without landing on the hard sideboards of that frame. The only negative thing I can think to say about this mattress is that the "Law Tag" was nowhere I could find. And the website was of absolutely no help in pointing me to the right spot to look for it. That tag has the serial number of the mattress that the online registration process requires. I ended up calling customer support, and they registered my mattress without that S/N. Still, it would be helpful if the online registration function, knowing which mattress you are trying to register, could direct you to EXACTLY where the tag could be found. Another way to be helpful about this would be to encourage retail store delivery staff to show customers this tag so the S/N could be recorded BEFORE this heavy mattress gets put in its "final resting place". P.S. I'm not writing this review because it qualifies me for entry into a monthly prize drawing (Big deal ... I never win anything ;-) I'm writing it, hoping that someone will actually fix the online website as suggested above. While it is no longer an issue for me, it will continue to needlessly frustrate future customers. You're welcome!

This mattress is unbelievably comfortable and supportive. I highly recommend the hybrid! It has a very slight bounce which eliminates the sinking feeling of some Tempur-Pedic mattresses. I am a side sleeper with arthritis in my hips. I never wake with pain in my hips with this mattress. This is by far the best bed I've ever slept on. Absolutely worth every dollar I spent!

Ok people, I'm 22 years old. I've slept in three beds in my entire life. Obviously started out in a crib, moved to a twin and slept on that same mattress until about 19. Moved in with my fiance and sleeping in a king mattress until May 11th 2020 when our Split King Pro-Adapt mattresses finally arrived! We both got to the point where we were having a lot of problems in our old mattress. He has sciatic nerve issues occasionally and is always tossing and turning. I am a very light sleeper and was barely sleeping the last 3 weeks before our new mattress was delivered. The nerves in my lower legs also seem to go crazy when I am laying down so any type of movement from my fiance makes it that much more stressful especially when he thinks he has to launch hmself in and out of bed in the middle of the night lol. It was miserable! We decided to get a firm split king because of our different needs though we both wanted a firm mattress and I had read previous reviews where some people no longer felt their partner move around so that really made me want a split king. We decided to pair it with the Ergo adjustable base (Separate review.. life changing) and it took over a month to get everything delivered but finally low and behold we are sleeping better! Love me a firm mattress! Our old one just felt too soft and I couldn't seem to find a position where my body truley felt relaxed. I barely feel him moving around and the nerves in my legs have calmed down so much I would assume due to now I sleep wih the bottom end of the mattress lifted (Thanks Ergo base)! I have been sleeping better though still having some issues on night where I just can't sleep. I am getting ready to buy some new pillows from here that I think will work with the mattress and base and completely fix all of my problems! If you get a firm, once you set it up, it will feel really hard but don't be alarmed! That will change when it warms up to the temp of the room. When we set it up and sat on it, we looked at each other like uhhhhhhh this is like laying on cement and we were hoping we didn't just make a giant mistake lol but nope it was perfect once it warmed up! Only thing that kind of sucks is that I read you shouldn't use heated blankets on the mattress. I have been using a heated blanket the passed 2 years since my feet can't ever get warm. They are always freezing cold at night and would cramp up in the middle of the night so I'm having a lot more cramping now but it's a small price to pay. I think I just need a better comforter. Overall, I love this mattress and am trying to convince my parents they should get one too! Was well worth the money! You spend a big portion of your life in bed. Might as well be comfy! All of my future bed products will now be purchased through Tempur-Pedic!

the frame wiring is tripping out on lights in less than two years. the mattress got a split in it where i sleep, and they won't honor any warranty because there is a stain on the bed (people sleep on it, i have a 1 year old too (am i suppose to put a plastic sheet underneath?... heard they were the best on customer service and satisfaction but they are crap they denied my claim. 6k down the drain in 2 years.

I needed the ProAdapt for pressure point relief and I got that. Pressure point relief being important because my back often hurts. This is slowly lessening over time. It is different then regular mattresses so there is an adjustment period. I would recommend highly!

My boyfriend and I had recently moved to a new apartment and had our mattress damaged during the moving process. We needed a mattress and fast! We tried every mattress in the store and could not find something we liked until on our way out we laid down on the Tempur-ProAdapt Soft. It was like no other mattress in the store! It was extremely comfortable, minimal to no motion transfer, and the best support. After going to about 5 different mattress stores and laying down on over 75 beds we returned to purchase the Tempur-ProAdapt Soft. We have had this mattress for a month now and I have had the best sleep ever. My back feels amazing when I wake up in the morning, I can't feel my partner move around in the middle of the night, and I never want to leave my bed. If anyone has trouble deciding if they want this mattress based on the price, it will be worth every penny! I will forever be sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress! Also don't forget to purchase a pair of Tempur-Pedic pillows to go with this amazing bed.

Don't know how they do it! When I slapped my hand on the bed, it felt close that of a "redgit board". Then, when you lay down on the mattress, it like sinking into a cloud (Just an analogy as I have never slept on a cloud - full disclosure here). The mattress simply adjusts to your entire body and gives you the most comfortable sleep ever. I guess the secret formula will never bare its sole.
