We are a long-term customer of tempur-pedic. We have slept on 2 mattresses over the course of 8 years. Both mattresses lost support and have begun to significantly sag within 2 years. We are not heavy by any means. My husband is 185 lbs. and I am 135 lbs. We use 2 waterproof mattress covers to ensure no sweat gets through, as my husband is a hot sleeper. We have BOTH developed nerve damage in our necks due to the sagging! We have been going to physical therapy and the chiropractor regularly to fix this for the last year and a half. Our arms go numb at night with excruciating tingling pain in the elbows, wrists, hands, and fingers. I have lost many nights of sleep trying to make this pain go away. My husband the same. After we went out of town and slept on a different bed, we knew the issue was with the mattress. Our first mattress we were able to return with warranty. The second however they won't allow it. The dip isn't large enough, which is completely inaccurate! Customer service is subpar. Quality is less than desirable for the cost of the mattress. I will NEVER purchase a tempur-pedic again. It seems their quality has diminished tremendously over the last 10 years. Don't waste your money.... You'll pay for it double time in health costs due to chronic pain and nerve damage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was on the hunt for a new mattress when Tempur-Pedic sent me this one for free in exchange for an honest review. My husband and I both prefer a soft mattress and we were excited to give this one a shot. It did not disappoint! While it seemed fairly firm at first, it relaxed over a couple of days to become super cozy while still being supportive. (It also took a couple of days to lose the factory scent, but it was never too bad and I just left the window open the first day.) When you lie down, your body slowly sinks into the foam top until you are perfectly supported. I sleep on my stomach and my husband sleeps on his back and we are both feeling fresh in the mornings. We have been sleeping on this mattress for a couple of weeks and we are pretty happy. My one gripe is that the top is very smooth and my sheets will occasionally slip right off over the corners, but it's not an issue I would deduct any stars for. Fresh sheets feel nice and crisp over the smooth surface. It's very warm out but the mattress seems to stay fairly cool. If you like a soft bed, give this one a shot!

I bought a King size Pro Adapt CG FR in late March 2021. I love a firm mattress. We loved our mattress for 3 years. In year 4 the mattress consistency changed dramatically. It is like the mattress became ice cold and hard like steel. I paid around $4000 for this mattress, and was swayed to buy it due to the 10 year warranty. I followed the online process, which was ridiculous. Send pictures. Fill out a very brief form. No phone numbers, no human to talk to. They turned it down because they said my photos could not show a manufacture problem. Really? You mean you cannot see the change in the mattress in a photo? I appealed their decision. They said no again, because they said it was a personal preference change and not a mattress problem. This is not true, and insulting. They offered no reasonable solution to this problem. Do not rely on the warranty. They have a big name, but zero customer service. If you are expecting the mattress to last more then a few years you are going to be very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Tempur mattress and pillow back in Taiwan for years and I'm very satisfied with them. After moving to here, I tried another brand of memory foam mattress. I wouldn't say it's not good but I can definitely tell which brand is better to me cause I had spine surgery couple years ago. Tempur mattress offers very good support to my body and relive the pressure of the lower back wonderfully. All I can say is I'm glad that I go back to Tempur cause their quality is always great and brings me very good sleep quality.

We replaced our "tired" tempurpedic bed with the new. We chose twins because of different uses of the many possibilities. The massage before falling asleep is wonderful. The different positions available are delightful. Last, but not least, feature is the marvelous firm mattress.

I have only had the mattress just under a month, but I am enjoying it greatly. At first, it took some time to get use to the firmness and how it molded around my body as I slept. After a few nights I really appreciate the comfort it provides and how it has helped with my back issues. The product is of the highest quality and sometimes you have to realize that you have to pay a little more for something that will help you as it has myself. It is worth the money to be able to sleep and not wake up stiff and sore. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone with back problems.

We read the reviews and know experience a truly amazing sleep. Our Tempur-pedic mattress is extremely nicer than anything we have slept on. Husband is a touch on the heavier side for 5'10" & I am average sized 5'4" in our 40's. We bought the Pro-Adapt Medium/Hybrid King size & love how we don't feel the other toss/turn or get up at night. The convenience of zip off top cover to keep is hypoallergenic made this an easier decision. We hope this brings us many years of comfort & joy : if you know what I mean.

I've been sleeping on this mattress for 5 months now and I have never slept better. I definitely recommend investing in your sleep quality.

Mattress is replacing while I have had for the past 10 years. I absolutely love my new mattress it is very firm which is needed for my back issues. I slept great the first night and since then, no time to adjust to a new feel, it was amazingly comfortable.

I had my first ever major accident at home and needed back surgery, when I came home after discharge I tried to love our mattress we had, but after 11 years of that mattress it was the most uncomfortable one yet lol. My wife and I went mattress shopping and we forgot how much these things were lol, so we sat, laid, roll, and felt a lot of mattresses. With all that being said my back chose this one, all I can say is wow at the price tag and wow at the mattress. We figured we don't go mattress shopping often why not invest in great sleep and comfort? We are so glad we did this mattress is amazing on comfort, my wife and I seriously only slept for like 5-6hours a night, but this thing seriously knocks us out till the kids come running in lol. I would recommend this brand to every shopper out there. P.S. my back is doing so much better from this bed thank you again tempurpedic.
