We replaced a Tempur-Pedic Supreme King mattress set for the Tempur-Pro Adapt Soft TXL Mattresses with the adjustable bases for head and foot. While they are soft and fairly comfortable, I feel like I'm 14 again in my "Twin" bed. I find myself constantly on one side or the other, never in the middle often on the "crack" because I'm 5'10" and 200 lbs. To break up a great king mattress for two (2) twins just to have the ability to raise and lower the head and foot is not worth the loss of the big king. My wife loves it, but we seldom raise the head or the foot unless we are "Not Sleeping" but lounging and watching TV. It's a trade off that only a Back Sleeper might enjoy. I am disappointed and since my wife loves it so much, and I feel like I'm headed for the guest room to enjoy the comfort of my old mattress. We moved the Supreme King into our guest room. Great product but wrong choice. Having a King adjustable would not always be fair to one or the other sleeper who might not want the head elevated etc. Still in the trial period but feel I am stuck. What I recommend is two (2) Queen's for a truly giant sleeping experience.

I bet 90% of my aches and pains have diminished or disappeared completely since owning my Tempurpedic. I am amazed and so glad I was able to find a mattress that does what it's suppose to. I have owned numerous mattresses in my day but this will be my forever mattress now. They are pricey but if it works for you then worth every penny!

This is my first time owning such a firm bed, but I went with it based on my conversation with the local mattress specialist. After a one week adjustment period, my sleep quality has definitely improved from my previous mattress. The quality feels excellent, and the movement isolation is unreal; movements by another person are practically unfelt.

The mattress, etc. was delivered on Feb. 13th. It is distinctly different from our former mattress. First, it has a soft top and firm inner support. Thus far, we find it very comfortable. My husband was unable to sleep on our former mattress because of hip and back issues. The Tempur-Ergo adjustable base is an additional plus.

This is our second temper-pedic mattress. The first mattress we purchased several years ago is now used in our guest bedroom. For some unknown reason, we (wife and I) convinced our self to replace the master bed mattress with a competitors product (air mattress). We had purchased extra bed sheets and even though we never open the package the dealer would not give a reimbursement after 90 days. This was 3-years ago. Big mistake! We had enough sleepless nights and decided to revisit a temper-pedic dealer. Don't we swayed so take my advise and stick with what you know and trust. We bought this bed 2 1/2 years ago, on recommendation from a family member.... salesman at Slummerland pushed this mattress...now I know why... depressions with mid bed "ridge" VERY uncomfortable on back and joints!!!! The 10 year warranty was denied... "depressions not deep enough".... NOW WORKING TO TELL EVERYONE NOT TO BUY TEMPUR PEDIC!!!!!!!!

The mattress provides great support to your back as it does not sink even when you're laying on the same spot for a long time. This is the kind of firm mattress that I've been looking for.

The mattress is comfortably soft but firm. The only reason I rated it as less than 5 stars is that it was almost impossible for us to find and copy the serial number so register we could register it. I am 78 years old and had to lift three different corners of the mattress to find the correct label while my wife stuck her head under the mattress and wrote it down. This was very stressful both physically and mentally.

We purchased a Pro-Adapt Firm, knowing we have 90 days to try it and purchase a different model if that one didn't work for us. After a month, we decided to upgrade. The payment system was apparently down and it took a week to get through to anyone to process the payment. We paid over $2,000 more for the upgrade over a month and a half ago. We still have not received the mattress. I've spent 3.5 hours on the phone on various holds over a couple days, only to be told that the delivery company for some reason has not scheduled the delivery. I was told I would get an answer on this and a delivery date within 24 hours. This was a week ago and I am now on the phone again, trying to get through to someone. I've been on hold for ___ minutes so far and still no one was picked up. I'm on an endless loop of an automated message. Do not buy from Tempurpedic online. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy from them at all. This has been incredibly frustrating.

The mattress and frame are of great quality and very comfortable. The very difficult part is in getting our mattress and frame registered with tempurpedic. A serial number is required. Your chat line told us the serial number is on a tag found under the mattress cover. We remove all bedding and mattress cover all the way - no tag. We finally found the tag pressed under the mattress between the bottom of the mattress and frame. When you are elderly, this is a very difficult task. Now to register the bed frame. I'm a little worried about finding the serial number for our frame. It would be most helpful if you consider your elderly customers in the future. Maybe have the serial number printed on the receipt or place the tag in an easier location.
