I was shopping around in stores for the perfect mattress when I tried the Tempur ProAdapt Medium Hybrid. As soon as I laid down on the store mattress, I knew this was the one. I've had this mattress for about a month and it's been amazing. The mattress is the perfect balance of firm and soft that I was looking for. I have a lot of pain in my hips and this mattress really has been helping out with that. If you're looking for a perfectly balanced mattress, this is it.

We went with a medium thinking it was the same firmness as our first. It was not!! But there was no problem switching it to the firm, excellent customer service, by the way, and the second mattress shipped within days. It's just right, not too firm not too soft. Best sleep experience, really could not be happier. Thank you Tempur-Pedic!

We unfortunately had to use our warranty because our mattress was sagging after 4 years. We decided to upgrade to a better mattress. When delivered it felt like a concrete slab! We slept one night & it was miserable, called Tempurpedic the next morning & we were told we could NOT exchange for a different mattress because it was a warranty replacement! SO, apparently Tempurpedic can send out any crappy mattress they want & if it's a warranty replacement the customer has ZERO RECOURSE! Unbelievable that they would treat 15+ years customers like this!!

I now do not feel my wiggle worm husband move around all night or getting in and out of bed. The edges are firm so you don't feel like you're sliding out the edge of the bed when getting out. The two mattresses stay in place with no problems. There is a split between the mattresses but barely noticeable. It is a little more effort to make but only because we have separate twin sheets so wiggle worm doesn't pull mine off all night. Be are both stomach sleepers so the firm mattress supports us in that position. Best night sleep I've gotten in years other than moving to another room when he kept waking me up! Make sure you try out firmness levels at a local store if you're ordering online.

This is our second temper-pedic mattress. The first mattress we purchased several years ago is now used in our guest bedroom. For some unknown reason, we (wife and I) convinced our self to replace the master bed mattress with a competitors product (air mattress). We had purchased extra bed sheets and even though we never open the package the dealer would not give a reimbursement after 90 days. This was 3-years ago. Big mistake! We had enough sleepless nights and decided to revisit a temper-pedic dealer. Don't we swayed so take my advise and stick with what you know and trust. I had a salesman that apparently wasn't very knowledgeable. I have a really bad back and wasn't sure if I needed a medium or firm mattress. He had me lay on a firm lux breeze and it felt really good on my back. He said they lay the same. I've had mine for 3 weeks now I have slept on it maybe 3 hours. I went to a recliner first night on it. It was so hard I don't feel like I even made a indition on it. I can not sleep on it. But yet I have to keep it 30 days before I can return it. I've talked with several sales people but they all tell me they are talking to the manager and will call me back. I haven't received the first call back yet. He also had me lay on the smart ergo base with the wave massage I was so excited to be getting that base. Yet he ordered and they brought us out the base with only one massage motor. So it just kind of vibrates. I also called about this and I was told I can't return the base. I'm very very disappointed in Tempura pedic this was my dream to be able to actually afford one of these beds. But I will never again deal with this company. It could of just been a bad salesman but after calling for 3 weeks now. And not one call back from anyone not even the manager. I've had it with the entire transaction. If I can return it all including the base as well. I will purchase something else. Disappointed in Ky.

We've had our new mattress for a month now and both of us are sleeping much better with the firm mattress. Even with two full grown pitbulls, the mattress doesn't move or disturb your sleep if someone shifts their position. Both of us are getting on average 20-30 minutes of additional sleep (per watch tracking apps) than we were prior to this mattress.

My husband and I waited ten years to purchase a good mattress (we were so confused by the number of choices and the prices). We went to a local furniture/appliance store in Greenville, SC and the sales person was so knowledgeable that we knew instantly what would work. Although it is firm, there are times when we are deep in sleep and don't want to leave the bed at our alarm. There are mornings when I have the feeling that I've been in the most amazing cocoon, and the best part is my back doesn't hurt in the morning either (unlike our old mattress). Thank you Temperpedic for making this mattress. Even our parents visiting during Thanksgiving asked us what in the world they were sleeping on the next morning--they'd never had such comfortable sleep. I bragged about this bed to them and hope they'll get one too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Cloud Supreme mattress for a few years and absolutely loved it. I can never sleep on anything but a Tempur-Pedic ever again. For this purchase, I debated between the Adapt and Pro-Adapt. I chose the Pro-Adapt Soft and absolutely love it. It is truly like sleeping on a cloud. I appreciate how organized the delivery process was and enjoy the free sheets and pillows I got with my order.

I wake up feeling refreshed because I'm not tossing and turning at night. The removable cover is a huge plus as well. I don't have anything negative to say about this mattress. I read reviews that the mattress sleeps hot but I did not find this to be true.
