This mattress is so very comfortable. At first it seemed too firm, but all mattresses are like that when they are new. It actually took 3 weeks to break it in, and I can't believe how incredibly comfortable it is. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone who needs lower back support. First time owning a memory foam and I find it to be much better than a hybrid mattress.

Poor. Mattress literally lists from one side to the other. Sent picture of the mattress with a level on the surface showing how lopsided it was. Warranty claim was refused. Do your research about filing warranty claims. I wish I had before I purchased. And I've been a loyal Tempur-Pedic customer for years. No more.

This mattress replaced my 15-year-old Cloud Lux Tempur-Pedic, which had become a little too soft for me after a back injury. I love that the medium firmness still feels plush and comfortable while giving me the extra support my back needs. Paired with the adjustable base, it's become my favorite place to relax and unwind. The vibration feature and leg elevation help me get comfortable and fall asleep faster. I also added the cooling gel mattress pad, which has been a lifesaver for those random nighttime hot flashes! I had put off replacing my old mattress for years, but the interest-free financing made it possible for me to finally invest in myself and my health without the financial stress. As an added bonus, I was able to get the sales tax refunded with a prescription from my doctor, which made the purchase even more affordable. Looking back, I wish I had done it sooner. Needless to say, I spend a lot more time enjoying my bed on weekends—sleeping in, sipping my coffee, and soaking up the cozy atmosphere. It's easily one of my favorite purchases I've made for my home.

Love the support and quality of this mattress . MY husband was having knee pain but only after three nights of sleeping on our new mattress, his pain has decreased significantly. .This is our third Tempur-Pedic mattress

Recently, I had back issues, and one of our relatives referred me to go with a firm bed and finally I purchased this temper pedic proadapt firm bed. Best decision ever made !! Very comfortable and problem solved !!

Since we are still in the break-in period, I have been pleasantly surprised by the comfort I'm enjoying. Getting good night's rest! Excited to see how my sleeping experience improves even more when the mattress is fully "broken-in."

The pressure relief is nice, but this must be the hottest mattress I've ever slept on. When we tested it, the superficial touch feels really cool and everything, but once we actually slept on it, it felt like we were sleeping on a heating mattress.

It has taken a few weeks since I purchased the Tempur-Pedic mattress and I am beginning to feel the effects of the new mattress as it adjust to the contours of my body. I still wake during the night with neuropathic pain but it seems to be lessening each night. Hopefully, I will continue to feel less pain as I continue to sleep on my new ProAdapt 12" Medium Hybrid mattress. I feel confident that I will feel much better as I continue sleeping on this excellent mattress. I will let you know how it works out for me. By the way, your sales people are outstanding.

I've owned the Tempur-pedic pro adapt for nearly 4 years now and I generally sleep in the guest bedroom because I find it uncomfortable compared to my Casper. I find the medium has become far too soft and unsupportive and uncomfortable on my back. Going back I wish it would have gone with a firmer model or perhaps a product which would've held up better. I reached out to Support and they informed me there's nothing they can do for me at this point so pretty disappointing after making such a large investment.

Do not trust all of the 5 star reviews. We ordered the tempur-pedic pro adapt adjustable bed split-king on Nov 28 2025 and have not received it despite being charged in full at the time of order $4,900. Sam's help center has been ineffective mostly because you have to speak with call centers in India and the Phillipines. Despite being elevated to corporate and given an incident report more than once, it is now Mar 3 2026 and still no hope it getting the product we paid for. Sam's Synchrony CC only gives a partial credit for disputes and clearly doesn't have any connection to Sam's order status. On January 12, they delivered a TwinXL and removed our King mattress making our master bed extremely difficult to share (impossible of course). Good luck if you order this product. We have been Sam's club business members for decades which doesn't matter. we have given Sam's due diligence to help resolve this incident with no results
