This mattress helps support my body well. I am on the heavier side (around 190lbs). The mattress supports my back well.

Like sleeping on a cloud

Since we've been sleeping on the bed, our morning achy back issues have started to subside. It it is very comfortable and supportive.

We've had this mattress for nearly 10 years before it became time to replace it. We love it so much we bought it again and we STILL love it!

So Thrilled we bought it again!

Product is more firm than firm showroom model we tried. Feels like a brick. Don't confuse spending lots of money with quality.

I understood I was getting the soft but I was shipped the medium hybrid. so far its been fairly well sleeping on. too soon to tell.

It is definitely different than our 20 year old mattress. It took about 3 nights to get comfortable with it.

Great mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a firm mattress but it's so soft. The mattress they sent me is one of the mattress customers returned. The mattress is not new!! I am so disappointed. I don't know how many customers had own it. Also, This mattress is not made for adjustable base. The mattress slides down when I lift it up. Now I am stuck with this bed that I don't like. Think carefully before making this investment.

Worst investment in an expensive mattress.

Despite a delay in delivery, our mattress has turned out to be what we wanted. We went for the firm, which is similar to the conventional mattress we replaced, that was nearly 20 years old. It did take a couple nights to get used to the fact that it was actually firm (with reasonable give), but now after a month we are both sleeping well. Because we both tend to sleep in multiple positions, back, side and prone, I'm pleased that it seems accommodating to any position.
