[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bed now that I have had it a few months. It does take time to break in though and was hard at first. Now the bed feels great, customer service was great also.

After a few nights of breaking in, was a perfect feel. Firmly supports each curve of the body. Just the right amount of firmness.

It was great till about the time the 90 day trial ran out now there's no cooling or firmness to it accept in the middle of the bed

I love when I get in the bed, you just feel yourself sinking into the memory foam (Feels like you are floating on a cloud) I love my new bed!! Thanks

Like sleeping on a cloud. Wife likes soft I like firm hybrid is a perfect compromise and we're both delighted

Mattress is ok but kind of disappointed that our bed is not as soft as the display model in the store. Maybe it will eventually break in and be ok.
