[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are on night 4 with this bed and are loving it. We exchanged a purple 4 for this and it's flap much better. My wife and I both toss and turn significantly less because the memory foam just cradles. My low back, and hip pain from the purple mattress has disappeared, and my shoulders also don't hurt. Very pleased so far!

Our first mattress sagged after 4 years and super uncomfortable. Our warranty replacement is just as awful and painful to sleep in. Haven't had a good night sleep in 5 years. My husband now has sciatica and hip issues due to this awful bed. Do not waste your money on this awful product. The worst mattress ever. It is not comfortable

The issue is not with the product. I recently requested an exchange for my newly purchased mattress, to an upgraded more expensive model. Now, keep in mind that it took 32 days to receive my first mattress, including the adjustable bases. (that was also a fight to get) We are coming on 14 days and I still have not received my exchange mattress. I have called more times than I care to mention. Ever time I call, the wait time is awful long. When I finally speak to a "customer" service rep, I get an answer of your order will process in 5 to 7 days, call back. Along with the lovely " have I helped you? and is there anything else I can do?" HA!! You haven't done anything. So, I call back once again. 7 days to be fair. The response, I am sorry, it takes 7 to 10 days for your order to process. So, I call on day 10, then told to call back again. That it takes 10 to 14 days. Today, after being told not once but twice to speak to a special department and being on hold. AND hung up on twice. I am still no where. And calling on day 15. DO NOT, DO NOT purchase from on-line. Find a store, compare your prices. Do not get stuck in this horrible nightmare! When I asked if I could cancel my whole order and how long it would take for funds to be retransmitted. 10 to 14 days.......

We purchased from Kathy at the Uptown location. She was one of the best sales persons I have ever dealt with. So kind and non-pressuring. She gave us plenty of time to explore all the mattresses and had answers to all our questions. We chose the king pro adapt medium hybrid and the smart adjustable base. I fell in love with it in the showroom, and I will say it took me about 2-3 weeks to adjust, but there was a night and morning where my husband woke and asked me, "Did you wake last night?" That was when we both realized we had been sleeping through the night for the past few days. WOW! What a different that makes in your everyday life. This mattress is absolutely amazing. So comfortable but supportive in just the right areas. I suffer from low back problems and can have restless legs from time to time. The zero G with slightly lower head works so well for my back and legs. So worth the price tag!!!

Love the pro adapt hybrid. We replaced our 10 year old tempur pedic cloud with the twin Xl's and adjustable frames. Love the mattresses and the frames. We both selected the pro adapt medium hybrid but we could've had different mattresses in our king frame. We looked at the less expensive competitors but this is a long term purchase and used every day. No regrets; very happy.

When I wake up in the morning my lower back is half way block and I need few minutes to be able to walk normally. But since I'm sleeping on the Tempur-ProAdapt, I don't wake up with lower back pain anymore. Great pressure relies mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First couple days it was VERY FIRM, however, after talking to the online support, I was assured after a few more days to weeks the bed would soften up to meet my standards of comfort. They were soooooo right!!! I LOVE this bed! I don't wake up in horrible pain anymore and I bought the zero gravity bed frame, which is a game changer I will tell you!!! The pair of them had transformed the way I think about going to sleep and that is a real blessing!! The biggest hurdle is getting through the few days of discomfort while your brand new beds cells start to soften and conform to your body. This is amazing!

From an engineer & doctor couple... this is our 2nd Tempur-pedic and it just keeps getting better with age, no kidding. Our 1st, a queen bought in 2012, is going to one of the kids, because we upgraded to a king. The only problem with this brand is you get so spoiled that traveling becomes a chore knowing no hotel, cruise, or other family member's mattress will be as comfortable; unless of course its a Tempur-pedic. Find one on-sale and pull the trigger; you won't be disappointed. Also, don't be afraid to go for the firm level.

This bed is horrible it is so comfortable I don't want to wake up in the morning to leave it. I am finally so very happy with my bed I absolutely love it. You can't go wrong with a tempurpedic mattress. I love my firm pro adapt mattress and my husband loves his TEMPUR-Cloud Supreme Breeze mattress. Did have a little back pain the first couple of nights but after that my back adjusted and am sleeping like a baby. No more pain and my husband who has back pain is not hurting like he use to. His pain is improving every night thanks to the tempurpedic mattress.

Love the adjustable feature, especially if stuffy nose, neck sore etc. We bought a split king-it's nice to have separate adjustments for position. Does not sleep hot at all-temperature very consistent. Have only had for a few months but comfy immediately and has not dented/sunk. Takes no time at all to get comfortable. My neck has felt great since getting this bed. Cons: ordering process was chaotic. It took longer than expected without much communication. I'm kind of bony and don't move much in my sleep-the bed is so comfy I don't really move so my arms are both going numb if I sleep on my side. No problems in other beds. Also, split king is hard if you have small kids-someone ends up "in the crack" if they get in bed with you. The crack isn't terrible but I often wish we had gotten the king.
