Then by the 5th night, I realized I hadn't woken up with back pain in 5 nights. We're a month in and I'm very happy! Takes time to adapt but it's fantastic- also when I sleep on my side, my hips don't burn! It's not too hot either which I worried it'd be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was on the hunt for a new mattress when Tempur-Pedic sent me this one for free in exchange for an honest review. My husband and I both prefer a soft mattress and we were excited to give this one a shot. It did not disappoint! While it seemed fairly firm at first, it relaxed over a couple of days to become super cozy while still being supportive. (It also took a couple of days to lose the factory scent, but it was never too bad and I just left the window open the first day.) When you lie down, your body slowly sinks into the foam top until you are perfectly supported. I sleep on my stomach and my husband sleeps on his back and we are both feeling fresh in the mornings. We have been sleeping on this mattress for a couple of weeks and we are pretty happy. My one gripe is that the top is very smooth and my sheets will occasionally slip right off over the corners, but it's not an issue I would deduct any stars for. Fresh sheets feel nice and crisp over the smooth surface. It's very warm out but the mattress seems to stay fairly cool. If you like a soft bed, give this one a shot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a Tempur-Pedic for years. I held off due to the pricetag. However, after recently being in an auto accident, I was miserable at night. I would toss and turn and was in extreme pain. I decided it was time for the Tempu-Pedic, regardless of the cost. It has been the best decision I have made and regret not doing it sooner. I sleep incredibly better and it helps greatly reduce my pain. I absolutely love my new bed. Only downside: I never want to get out of it.

This is our second temper-pedic mattress. The first mattress we purchased several years ago is now used in our guest bedroom. For some unknown reason, we (wife and I) convinced our self to replace the master bed mattress with a competitors product (air mattress). We had purchased extra bed sheets and even though we never open the package the dealer would not give a reimbursement after 90 days. This was 3-years ago. Big mistake! We had enough sleepless nights and decided to revisit a temper-pedic dealer. Don't we swayed so take my advise and stick with what you know and trust. Our mattress was approximately 15 years old. We always had a topper over the pillow top but as in previous comments, the back knows. Couldn't handle it anymore and since we had slept on a relative with no problem decided on a tempurpedic. We decided on the pro-adapt medium hybrid. Once the sales lady turned on the remotes we were hooked. Now every night we fall asleep vibrating and it is so sweet! Love the cooling pillows and ordered the 2 for 1 sheets not too happy with those. They wrinkle!

Even though it was little expensive but the fact that we spend around 30-50% of our overall time in bed, it's worth it. It's very comfortable and relaxing to sleep on these and I love it.

Slept on the mattress 3 months. It's taken a bit of work to break in the mattress. I walked on it for a total of 75 minutes per my salesperson's recommendation. My back feels great most mornings. It's a little more firm than I'd like for side sleeping.

At 80 and 75 YOA sleeping is critical to us. My wife is a back sleeper and me a side sleeper and this mattress has proven equal to the task of allowing both of us to sleep soundly and thru the night. Not to soft, not to firm (feel like one of the three bears). We decided on this mattress after some friends recommended tempurpedic. Glad we did.

We owned a Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody mattress for many years. We were waking up many times thru the night, as our body was hurting. With our new Pro Adapt soft, we are sleeping thru the night and waking up feeling rested. The mattress is firm enough to be supportive, but soft enough to keep our shoulders and hips cradled. I know there are a lot of copy cat memory foam mattresses, but I am a loyal Tempur-Pedic customer. These mattresses hold up the way cheaper mattresses cannot. The only problem is that I can't wait to get back into bed after my day!

We just got our mattress delivered today and cannot wait to use it for the first time! I know we need to give it about 30 days to fully adjust and be comfortable, but so far it looks and operates well! We haven't been sleeping well at all for days now and I know it will be a wonderful experience!
