The bed was firmer than expected when it arrived. After 45 days it is starting to break in. The edges of the bed are soft and sink when we sit on them. The bed is necessary for my husband who needs to elevate his upper body when he sleeps. The beds are difficult to change the sheets and the mattresses slide apart often.

Every time I have friends or family visit I let them try out the bed and every person has raved about how nice and comfortable it is. Bought a split king in two different firmnesses recommended by the sleep specialist. After 90 days of terrible sleep ended up swapping to a standard king or medium hybrid pro adapt and have never slept worse in my life. After almost a year now of "breaking in" it's gotten worse. Only in our 30's and now have more back and hip pain than I ever imagined. Don't sleep, tossing turning, neck back and hip pain. Absolutely terrible. Spent all the money on all the hype just to be in shock at how terrible it sleeps. Should've gone with my other options of other brands. Would not recommend

It took a couple of nights to get used to this mattress. We've had it almost a month now and I love it. My back feels amazing. I'm finally sleeping through the night. We had our last mattress for over 10 years and was waking multiple times through the night. The firmness might throw you off at first but now it is difficult wanting to get up in the mornings. We love our new mattress.

After the first night no back pain. A mattress that support me perfectly. The mattress was super firm at first, but after about a week it soften to feel like the one that was on display. I love how I can sit on the edge and not slide off. I am happy with my purchase ☺.

Not an easy process to file a mattress claim. You will be denied unless "there are 3/4" (inch) or greater visible indentations". Proper forms and photos were sent. Mattress is 2 years old. It's a lot of trouble to get nothing in return. The standard I paid for is not the standard of service I received . Claim was denied. Make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing and will get for the huge amount of money you will spend for a mattress .

I have this mattress with the Tempur-Pedic Ergo and a Cool-Tech Mattress Cover on it and I have never felt better then I have ever felt, from just sleeping. There are times when I find myself not wanting to get out of bed. This bed has totally changed my body, and, my life. I now feel like I am sleeping on Cloud 9 every night.
