We had a Tempur-Pedic about 20 years ago. We had to replace it due to some unforeseen medical issues. In the last 3 years we have purchased two other mattresses (bed in a box). We have now gone back to Tempur-Pedic and will NEVER stray again. Very comfortable, truly cannot feel each other flopping in the middle of the night. We love our Tempur-Pedic!!

The registration requires the serial number. The serial number is not on the bed in any place that is convenient to access. I basically had to disassemble the product rendering the money I paid for delivery and assembly moot. I still don't see it where the chat bot says it should be. Terrible experience so far.

The delivery team arrived Monday, October 21, 2019 a Wonderful morning at 9:15am.... I was so excited to finally have my new bed after many months of remodeling my house. The delivery guys were so polite and courteous, simply outstanding, second to none! A special thank you to Sleep Outfitters' Danville KY store Manager, Tish O'Rea!!!She was so helpful, patient and kind during the purchase plight for a new mattress set. There were many changes along the way and Sleep Outfitters made every one of them effortless and a wonderful experience overall. My joints don't ache as much anymore. I am so happy to go to sleep instead of dreading it. I Don't wake up in the middle of the night. The Zero Gravity setting is my absolute favorite!!! It truly feels like I'm floating!!!Words cannot put how I feel about my bed...Love Love Love My Tempur Pedic!!! Thank you Tish for caring about the customer and giving such excellent customer service-you're the best! I'm Never going back to a standard mattress AGAIN!!! I am a forever a customer and will tell everyone that they have to see, test and purchase a Tempur Pedic and meet Tish O'Rea!!!

I love the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft! Almost purchased the medium, but am so glad I chose the "soft". I still get the support I need, but there's lots of cushion so my back wakes up feeling great and not stiff and I don't walk around for 20 minutes like I need a body cast. Purchased the adjustable base also - we elevate it just a couple of inches and now I don't hear the snoring machine next to me!!! Well worth every penny. Thank you Tempur-Pedic.

After 22 years sleeping on our wedding gift from my parents, it was time for us to get a new bed! Not to mention the many times our chiropractor recommended we invest in a proper mattress to help heal our bad backs... nervous, naive & hopeful, we found a sleep expert at Art Van Sleep Center to help us! After our sleep study by kind & knowledgable Ana, we were able to find a mattress & power base to suit both our needs! After the first night we felt improvements, now, 3 weeks later...on this new bed... I feel like an entirely new person! I have less pain, more energy & I feel like I breathe better too! There's nothing like putting your bed in a Zero Gravity position for a few minutes, then stretching yourself back into the flat position... it's like a chiropractor IN my bedroom!!! I / we highly recommend this mattress & power base! Only regret... why did we wait this long?!? BEST wedding anniversary gift to ourselves EVER!❤️

At first the mattress wasn't as comfortable as I thought that it should be for the money paid, & I thought that I had made a big mistake! I've had my bed for about 2 months now & I don't know exactly when it happened but the mattress is perfect!! I have fibromyalgia & thought that I needed a softer mattress, but boy was I wrong. My mattress feels as if it had been made for my body, not too soft & not too hard. This has been the best investment I've made to date & I am 67 years old.

The reason we went with a Tempur Pedic is the success we've had with our other mattress. We absolutely love this mattress! We bought our first Tempur Pedic 20 yrs ago. It served us very well! We decided to get a King and wanted to stay with a TP. My wife river dances in her sleep (restless leg) which is why we bought one years ago. We both sleep very well on this! It supports but is really comfortable, I don't feel like I sink into the mattress, & I don't feel my wife toss about. I sleep deep and hard on this mattress. There is an accusation that I have slept so deep, there was some deep rhythmic breathing occurring (snoring in laymen's terms! LOL). When it was unboxed and set up, we knew it would be hard as a brick...so don't just jump onto it! We put several blankets on it to get it to soften up a bit. The first night it was pretty hard - which we expected and were told it would be. That was the worst of it. We've had it a month now and although a firm mattress, it is softening and very comfortable. We like this better than the breeze which we slept on somewhere. I didn't feel the support of the breeze like I do with this one or our very first TP. Bottom line -- I sleep like a brick, I don't feel my wife move around, & our 75lb Golden Retriever sleeps well on it too! Remember it will take a couple of days for it to soften when first unpacked (it was VERY cold and in a warehouse when delivered)...we are sold on this mattress!

In 2 years I've gone through 4 beds. Tempurpedic is my 5th and last. It was a daunting journey after having a bed for 23yrs and it was time for a new one. The problem was trying to adapt to all the new memory foam beds after being on a traditional bed. All I can say is stick with it for at least 2 months. Your body will eventually adapt. With my first foam bed 2 years ago it took me 6 months to adapt. Then I traded it in for a different foam bed due to a defect and that bed caused a major hip injury to flare up. Now 2 beds later I have the Temperpedic and I wish it was my first foam bed. Have to say Temperpedic's foam is completely different than any other I have slept on in the last 2 years. It took me about 4 weeks to adapt and I just stuck with it and now I can't wait to crawl into bed! It's a feeling I can't describe it's just different and my hip is finally happy. My husband also loves it!! I wont go back to any other bed!

I was pleasantly surprised of the as a whole the strength of the base, mattresses and flexibility (adjustable) in the bed.Although, we bought two twin XL's to make this king size bed - both sides - are really strong and do not give me worries that any part of the bed I sit on or lay on will fail.

The issue is not with the product. I recently requested an exchange for my newly purchased mattress, to an upgraded more expensive model. Now, keep in mind that it took 32 days to receive my first mattress, including the adjustable bases. (that was also a fight to get) We are coming on 14 days and I still have not received my exchange mattress. I have called more times than I care to mention. Ever time I call, the wait time is awful long. When I finally speak to a "customer" service rep, I get an answer of your order will process in 5 to 7 days, call back. Along with the lovely " have I helped you? and is there anything else I can do?" HA!! You haven't done anything. So, I call back once again. 7 days to be fair. The response, I am sorry, it takes 7 to 10 days for your order to process. So, I call on day 10, then told to call back again. That it takes 10 to 14 days. Today, after being told not once but twice to speak to a special department and being on hold. AND hung up on twice. I am still no where. And calling on day 15. DO NOT, DO NOT purchase from on-line. Find a store, compare your prices. Do not get stuck in this horrible nightmare! When I asked if I could cancel my whole order and how long it would take for funds to be retransmitted. 10 to 14 days.......
