I'm a tempur fan and after having the rhapsody for 10 years it was time to upgrade. I purchased this bed and it was initially hard but so was my first bed. I expected it but I did purchase the bed topper which was expensive but well worth it. I wanted a firm bed but until it settles to my body I needed a back up plan. Regardless it was worth the money!

I've been trying this for over a month. I've been trying to give it a try, but it's just not the right to bed for me. I'm 5"3 and 135 pounds. I'm a strict side sleeper. I noticed I toss and turn a lot, I wake up with my back and sides very sore. At first I was having a lot of trouble with my hips and building up pressure points, but that got better over time. But overall I just think it's too firm for a side sleeper of my weight. I definitely need more softness. I don't recommend this for side sleepers under 150 pounds. Go softer !!!! But I must admit the customer service has been great, and the quality of the foam is superb. It's a great high density , slow response form which is great. But so far it's just not working out for me. I will be returning.

We got our new mattress several weeks ago. My back pain went away immediately. I have been sleeping 10 X better and not waking up multiple times a night any more. Worth all the money. We got pillows too and also love them. Overall, very happy with the purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a firm mattress but it's so soft. The mattress they sent me is one of the mattress customers returned. The mattress is not new!! I am so disappointed. I don't know how many customers had own it. Also, This mattress is not made for adjustable base. The mattress slides down when I lift it up. Now I am stuck with this bed that I don't like. Think carefully before making this investment.

We decided to swap an older I-Comfort for the Tempur-Pedic. We have a Tempur-Pedic in our guest room which used to be our mattress. After the I-Comfort started to break down, we decided to go with what we knew had like. There was a marked difference in the Tempur over the I-Comfort. We are sleeping better and waking up with no aches in pains. I would encourage buyers to go to a retail outlet and not buy on-line.

This is my 2nd Tempur-Pedic Mattress and the medium Hybrid has managed to even enhance my sleep comfort level, It's worth every dollar. Its also nice to deal with people that truly believe in great customer service from the showroom sales associates to the delivery personnel. I'm happy I chose them.

I am bedbound, though I can take care of a few basic needs when alone. On my back, literally, always is a challenge for any mattress, and I have tried more than my share. Though my first Tempur-Pedic transformed itself into a hammock over ten years, I remain convinced that this Pro-Adapt will allow me to rest without bed sores for another ten, perhaps longer. This bed is a lifesaver! We were worried about purchasing a bed online and with the pandemic, not able to go to a store a lay on it, gave me anxiety. After many months of researching we finally decided on the Tempur-ProAdapt Firm. Purchasing online was easy and customer service was great with all our questions about delivery protocol. When they delivered they wore masks, gloves and booties! Took our old mattress away and all the packaging! The first night was the best sleep I have had in years! The bed is cool, firm and contouring. Firm but not too firm. I was having a ton of lower back/hip pains with our old bed. We have had our Tempur-ProAdapt bed for two months now and I am still getting restful pain free sleep.
