Members mark fine onion powder, 20 ounce. Is great for cooking. Any cooked in the house would love to have this product. I recommend everyone to buy the onion powder.

It's onion powder. It tastes like onion powder is supposed to taste and fulfills my onion powder needs.

I bought this as I loved the size so I can refill smaller bottles of onion powder. although the taste is very good, the fact that this is comes out of the bottle like talcum powder. It's entire to thin and pours out fast and forms clumps rather than an even amount across an item (such as meat). I findyaelf having to spread it with my hands or a utensil. This would not be such an issue in soups, stews etc. But any type of meat etc it's quite difficult to spread.

I got this product in a curbside pickup the other day. It says it is 20 ounces but the container shows the powder is barely more than half full. Did they just use a container that is way too large or is a lot of product missing? Container does appear to be sealed.

This powder is so fine! It’s similar to talcum powder. Every time I open the lid, onion powder *poofs* everywhere! I threw it in the garbage and bought granulated onion instead.

Its literal dust. Who cooks with this mess ?

I hate this stuff! It is ground so fine that it sits on top of your soups/sauces and clumps rather than easily stirring in. BRING BACK THE REGULAR ONION POWDER!!! This FINE ground stuff is lousy!

Initially tasted great and worked well in different recipies. After several months turned into a rock. Tried to break apart but even trying to crush it back into a powder failed. I kept it sealed but still absobed moisture and solidified. Do not buy unless you are going to use it quickly.
