this stuff is terrible. it does not cut it smooshes. it's more like a cream than meat. the texture is awful. my cats won't even eat it

Taste terrible and very greasy right out of the package. The previous brand of summer sausage that was sold at Sams was very good. This brand was an all around bad choice. 👎

Dripping with wet yuck. I've never had a wet summer sausage. Tastes worse than spam. Tastes like Spam"s gross step cousin, Treet. This is a dripping wet meat with a strange flavor and texture. Avoid.

My husband loves eating various kinds of summer sausage. He decided to purchase this one to see if he’d like it. Turns out he does like it. Highly recommend!

This was disgusting. It smelled funny, like formaldehyde when we cut it. At first we thought we were imagining it. But on cheese or cracker it even tasted like it. What happened to the nice brand Sam's used to sell!?

I was really disappointed with this summer sausage. When I opened the package, it had an awful smell, and I couldn't eat it because of how bad it was. Please bring back Hillshire Farm Summer Sausage, it was so much better!

This was not at all what we expected for summer sausage! My husband took one bite and tossed it in the trash. We live over away from Sam's, so I wasn't going to drive all the way back to return it. Will not be buying this again.
