Very tasty! This is what you get when you cross a Slim Jim and pepperoni! I served it sliced, cold/room temperature with vegetable cracker rounds and Colby jack cheese! Good combo

Perfect cooked in the grill on the stove in crackers alone with cheese must have don't forget!!

This is delicious as is or sautéed in a little sweet & sour sauce. Don't even need crackers, it's so good. We also use to make homemade lunchables.

You need to keep this very cold before you serve it. It’s a great price for the size, but use it for a big crowd. Don’t serve it a second time! Toss it if it doesn’t all go the first time. Not as good as Hickory Farms, but it’s less than half the price.

Definitely not as good as the Yard O Beef by Hillshire farms that you carried every holiday season until last year. I want it back!!! Better flavor, better deal.

Compared to other summer sausage this is terrible. It was pale in color primarily due to it being full of fat. I had it in the refrigerator for a day, and decided to cut into it and have some, when I did the fat had congealed and was slimy. I would not recommend this product at all!

I personally did NOT like the taste. No wonder it was on clearance. Totally threw the whole thing away after trying it.

Apparently, I am not a fan of “summer sausages”. This sausage has a flavor profile that ends with a bitter after taste. I was thinking of a beef sausage that has more spicy notes.

Do not waste your money on this offbrand summer sausage. It is nasty. You can't cut it. It has so much fat and gristle. If I lived close to Sams, I would definitely took it back and got my money back. Go back to brand name.

Tasteless with an over top amount of fat to meat ratio. The best part if there was one was the occasional pepper corn. I bought one and that was one to many
