Flimsy plastic and most of all limits high pressure in water. Would be great if a bad landlord. Had a oxygenics shower head prior and had to put old one back on. Lacked quality.

We will replace all parts that are defective, if we are unable to replace the part, we will replace the entire Oxygenics shower unit. Proof of purchase from the original consumer must accompany all warranty claims. Please, do not return your product without first contacting Oxygenics. Easy installation! Love double water feature!

Super easy to install! Just needed a bit of plumbing tape, which is normal for installation. We don’t have a large shower so the shower heads do seem a bit large. However I still think it’s great! Like that I can have water coming out of both heads at the same time.

OK, but I must not like low flow design

Handheld shower head is kind of heavy. I’m short so when I am taking it out of holder, the weight shifts my hold on it and water is sprayed in unexpected direction. Low flow design makes waterfall option more like a water hose falling from shower head and makes it difficult to feel like hair is rinsed well. I do like the way you change the spray pattern by twisting the shower head.

Hello ,I’m so sorry to hear about your water flow experience. I’d love to help you with this! Our shower heads come with flow restrictors, as we are a water conservation conscientious company. The following areas are where the flow restrictors are located: Combo: Inside the diverter where the hex nut connects to the shower pipe, behind the black rubber washer.To remove the flow restrictor, gently remove the small, tiny ‘O’ ring inside, only the ‘O’ ring should be removed. This’ll help with the water flow. *Please note altering the shower head does void the warranty. *If you should have any questions or need further assistance, please reach back out to us. Love All The Settings!

I received this shower head today and I immediately had my husband install it at our cabin. Took a shower and tried all the different settings and loved each and everyone of them! And I love the hand held as we have a small shower at the cabin it really comes in handy. I also like the brushed nickel finish.

Oxygenics Shower Genius

I have the Oxygenics 8 function shower dual head. Just at first glance, the shower system looks very nice, love the brushed nickel color. It is somewhat heavier than most shower heads, but I like it...seems much sturdier. I havent had a chance to try all the different watter settings combinations, but like the ones I have tried...and there are several to choose from! I have set the hand held one at a lower level for convenience to help in a sitting position due to surgery and it still functions very well. Overall, a very nice system.

Guests love thiese.

I have two tiny houses on Airbnb both with outdoor showers. I love the fact that the water flow is great with these shower heads. The guests love taking outdoor showers because its out of the ordinary. I have had several say how nice it is to adjust the water flow . These shower heads are a keeper.

Shower has all the features just horrible quality

It has all the bells and whistles but the quality is horrible. Since the first week of installation, the portion with the head kept falling off from its "hook". First, I thought someone did not place it correctly the rotating portion that holds it is way too loose and it simply turns that makes it fall. Other issues too but this should stop you right here. The weight of it so much that it is making a crack in the wall. Avoid if you can.
