Fittings leak

It installed easily, and fittings are supposed to be installed without tools, but you cannot get them tight enough to not leak. Even snugging with a wrench they still leak

Poor quaility !!

The valve to switch between the shower heads never worked right from the start !! Very hard to adjust !!
