[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Corners were bubbled up, and there were waves along the sides. Customer Servuce Rep was hostile and dismissive. It took filing a warranty claim and threatening to return all 3 purchased mattresses to get a replacement of the 1 defective mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bed. Best bed hands down. Will always own one. Love the cool touch top, love the way the mattress adapts to my body, love the level of firmness and softness all in one bed. The only thing I dont like is that I never want to get out of it, although I have gotten over that.
