After just receiving our 5th mattress set in 18 years I think I can finally say, 'This is the best and our Last!' We both have bad backs and with other mattresses 3-4 hours after going to sleep we are awake and in pain. With Tempur-pedic we have made 6 to 8 hours before we'd waken. You definitely get what you pay for, and while they are expensive you really get what you wanted. Try them first.

We had a Tempurpedic mattress for 15 years that we loved. However, it was a firm model with no plush topper built in. As we age (we're in our 70s), our bodies are less forgiving. So when we decided to get a new Tempurpedic, we opted for this model. We had slept several nights in this model as guests, so we were confident we would like it. It is pricey, but when we think of the time we will use it, and the comfort it delivers, it is definitely worth the investment.

Bought a new Cal King frame and a competitor's product, literally the most highly praised mattress on a half dozen reviews. I admit I was coming from a $16K Queen-sized mattress, so a $3K Cal King would not likely be competitive, but I was shocked at the result - almost immediate backaches from the beginning. After a month of agony, I returned it and went straight to the TempurPedic store in Jacksonville. Awesome staff and help. Struggled with two different ones and on a second visit, finally selected a bit firmer, more akin to the original Queen matress, rather than the new Cal King. Lo and behold, glorious nights' sleep. Tremendously comfortable right from the beginning. Waking up refreshed is worth any price, but this Luxe Adapt-Firm was truly price competitive. Love it!!

So far, it's the most comfortable one I have had, however we haven't even had it for a month... so both me and my husband are still getting used to it. It has helped my lower back problems and my Chiropractor has noticed a difference. However, my neck pain has continued. I had also purchased a Tempur-pedic pillow, which I just started using about a week ago. I am hoping after my body gets used to the new mattress and the new pillow... I will notice more relief from my neck and back pain. As with any mattress... it takes time to adjust!

We love this mattress. Even if you wake up in the middle of the night you aren't awake long. Takes all the pressure off my shoulders, hips and back. We are side and back sleepers and it is very comfortable. No break in time. Really glad we purchased this mattress.

So we decided to purchase the mattress and at first it was very hard because we had ordered the firm and we thought we had made a mistake but after a couple of months of use it's soften up more and is perfect for back and side support. I haven't had a back problem ever since we purchased this mattress. Now I actually can sleep a full 8 hours.

I l ok e that it is cool to the touch and I don't burn up while I am sleeping. The most comfortable I have been in years. The best sleep I have honestly had in years because I slept so well. I am utterly obsessed with my mattress. It is VERY soft - like, once you're in it you ain't leaving. But if I am stressed out, literally laying on this bed helps relieve all my tension! My husband has also stopped cracking his neck constantly and honestly the world is a better place because of that! *I was gifted this mattress in exchange for my honest review. After 6 wonderful years with rhapsody luxe , we developed a bit of a divot on my side. Easy warrant process, however the bed we loved was no longer available. We were guided to this and recommended firm being the closet match. Six months later my wife and I both are having terrible hip and should pain as this bed is rock hard, and way too hot. I reached out to customer service hopefully to no avail. Stay away from this mattress.

I don't think I've ever written an online review but I am now completely obsessed with Tempurpedic. There's no going back to a traditional mattress. We had to finance it and it was 100% worth the investment. My husband, who tends not to be picky about things around the house, called it "one of the best decisions we've ever made" and "life changing." We have the Luxe Adapt Soft. Oh. My. Goodness. I absolutely love it. It is honestly hard to find the words to describe it but I'll try. It is soft, but supportive in every way. There is no part of my body that is not in contact with the mattress when I sleep, leaving no gaps. It is luxurious, and I feel like I am in some special club because I get to go home and sleep on this piece of heaven every night :). For the past year I've been having numbness and tingling in my right arm due (in part) to shoulder / muscle pressure on the median nerve. After just one night on this mattress, my condition began to improve. My husband, who has always had back pain, says he has been waking up pain from. We love love love this mattress.
