I bought this mattress thinking it would last longer, since it was about 4k. It's about a year old and there's already such a dip in the hip area that I cannot get or stay comfortable. I work for a company that sells tempur-pedic Mattress, and yet I paid full price and the mattress is failing within a year. I'll be paying this if for years to come and I Absolutely hate it! It's overly hot, it's support system is so soft in the hip area I can literally feel it's collapsed under the comfort layers, but it's not showing a visible sag, so I guess I'm just out of luck. Never again. And I won't be recommending Tempur-Pedic to any of my customers moving forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a Tempur-Pedic Cloud to the Luxe Adapt King size. We enjoyed our Cloud but this mattress is even better and conforms and hugs better. It's also not as hot as our cloud was. Definitely an excellent upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the luxeadapt mattress a little over a month ago and I can firmly say it was money well spent. My partner and I have been sleeping on memory foam mattresses for years, and our only hiccup with this type of mattress is how hot it gets. I am a big guy, so sleeping cool for me is of the upmost importance. Before purchasing this bed we were living in Portland, where the temperature is moderately doom and gloom most of the year. This leads to not many hot days. Having said that we would both sometimes still get very hot sleeping on our old memory foam mattresses. Needless to say we were very reluctant to purchase another memory foam mattress when we moved to Tucson. How wrong we were. A month into owning this mattress AND 100 degree + weather daily in Tucson and I can firmly say this mattress keeps us cool night in and night out. The foam itself is amazing as it literally forms to our bodies, and so far there are absolutely no indentations in any part of the mattress. Before sleeping on the luxeadapt I would wake up at least once a night to try and find a cooler, more comfortable spot to sleep. Now, if I do wake up I don't remember it, this really is the best sleep I have ever gotten. These are very expensive mattresses and I am very conservative, borderline cheap when it comes to buying any sort of furniture, but this is some of the best money I have even spent. I gave this review 4 stars only because we have only had the mattress a little over a month, so I can't speak to the longevity of it. But so far, so excellent!

I am so thankful I discovered this mattress. Before getting the Tempurpedic Luxe Adapt Firm Mattress, my husband and I would wake up with terrible back pain and not feeling well rested. The Luxe Adapt is a gamechanger. I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. The mattress molds to my body which relieves so much pressure. I also can't feel my husband if he moves, which is amazing. I can honestly say this mattress has given me the greatest sleep of my life. Everyone should get this mattress and change their life! Bc a good night's sleep changes everything.

Although I'm only 25, I'm a registered nurse and I work long hours. I never thought much about our bed quality, until my neck and back started hurting. I couldn't even turn my head properly because of the pain. My first fix was to get a different pillow, it helped somewhat, but didn't solve my problem. So we decided to bite the bullet and purchase one of the most expensive items we have purchased as a married couple! This was the smartest decision we made! We bought this mattress (LuxeAdapt Soft) and tempur-pedic pillows. After 2 nights sleep, my neck and back were like brand new! The support my body gets through a nights rest is exactly what I need to recharge. So happy with our purchase!!! Also ordering online was SO easy. We got our order in less than ONE week!!! Amazing customer service and quick delivery for an amazing product, can't beat that!!!!

We were very excited about the cooling that the luxe adapt had when we tried it In The store but when we got it delivered and put the mattress protector on we couldn't feel any cooling whatsoever so we took the protector off and just slept with the fitted sheet over the mattress but still could not feel the cooling affect. Very very disappointed that we spent so much on this mattress that touted cooling and we don't get that at all. My fitness watch tracks my body temperature at night and there has been no difference with the luxe adapt which is supposed to allow you to sleep 5 degrees cooler. So while the bed is comfortable I would no way spend the amount of money we did when there are plenty of good memory foam beds out there for less.

I have had a tempur-pedic mattress for 15 or so years, and loved it. Decided it was time for a new mattress. Went to my local dealer and started laying on the medium and firm mattresses. I assumed I knew what I wanted and kind of ignored the salesman. He suggested I use the mapping technology to tell me which firmness to choose. He did two tests, on my back and side, both indicated from my pressure points that I needed a soft mattress. I tried it out and fell in love. I no longer had to readjust to the "sweet spot" for my shoulder. I am very happy with my mattress and the service I received during my purchase. I went back a couple of weeks later and bought 2 king size pillows. I use them as side sleep hug pillows and I love them.

The quality of the Tempur-LuxeAdapt Soft Mattress and Bed has increased my sleep from 5 to 6 hours a night. The raised head on the mattress helps if I am reading or watching TV. The elevated legs and feet are a huge asset for the improved circulation needed in my body. I especially love the raised mattress to support my lumber part of the spine with low massage relives me of some of the pain. The worst part of this is I am short and the bed is high. When I get on and off the bed, the sheets gather on one side and I have to straighten them the next morning. Overall, I love the extra rest that I get with elevated head and legs support.

You know when you hear about a product so many times and you think it can't possibly live up to the expectations and hype? This is how I felt about Tempur-pedic. I was hesitant but I knew it was known for being the best on the market and my husband and I were desperate to find a mattress that would help his back problems and give us better sleep. We chose the Luxe Adapt (firm) and when I say we have had the best sleep we've ever had, I am not exaggerating one bit. We sleep through the night longer and find ourselves waking up feeling more well rested. At first, the firmness was hard to get used to but it only took about 4-5 days for us to get used to it and truly appreciate it. I don't normally write reviews but it's the best mattress we've ever owned so I had to come on here and write one! Thank you Tempur-pedic for living up to the hype!

It was like sleeping in quicksand. You sink into the mattress like a vacuum sucking you in. I couldn't even turn over! I had to grab the headboard to pull myself out of the mattress, just to get out if bed in the morning. They refunded my money, less a $199 "ship back" fee.
