This is the worst mattress I've ever owned! It's soft and comfortable for a few minutes, then it feels like you're sleeping on a furnace! I've woken up sweating every night since we got it about 2 months ago, even after turning the thermostat to 65 and turning on a fan. I'm very petite, so it's not like I'm a large person sinking too far. We have a split king and I just laid on my husband's side and it feels like it is starting to sink in the middle. Very disappointed in the beds after we spent so much!!

I've always had great experiences with Tempurpedic but I will say this bed is for very specific people. I had a back injury a year and a half ago and I didn't feel the mattress I'd been using over the last year had enough support so I purchased this one. I have always loved very firm beds and assumed it would give the best support for my back. I was wrong. It was too firm and upon some research I found that this would be a good bed for someone much heavier than me with less joint problems. If you have any type of back, shoulder or hip issues this firm mattress is not for you. I loved the firmness but after just a week I woke up in pain every day. I'm switching to a medium hybrid.

I purchased this mattress from Big Sandy Superstore. They never told me that it was a "Floor Model". The sides were broken down, so it felt like we were falling out of bed all night. Tempur Pedic would not do anything about it because it was a "Floor Model".

After a month of researching mattresses (tons of other brands, plus the Tempurs) I decided upon the LuxeAdapt Soft-it was delivered & set up yesterday & I could not be happier. Our previous (expensive) mattress sunk like the Titanic after 10 years-literally, one side & then the other so we were sleeping in a hammock. I sleep on my side, I was convinced that I had restless leg syndrome or something, I definitely have skin pressure issues & had lower back surgery 12 yrs ago, so I'm all over the place all night. Last night, for the first time in years, I basically slept in one spot without turning over every hour because of hip pain. I believe I turned over one time. Unbelievable. So far it's 2 thumbs up.

The feel of the mattress is great for sleeping. Getting into the bed can feel like a bit of a safety issue because of the "no edge" feel to the mattress. As we are older, the squishy edge can put you a little off balance as you try to go from sitting to lying down and scooting over to sleeping position.

The firmness provides excellent support for my back, and the "TEMPUR" material molds to my body, alleviating any pressure points. It took a few nights to adjust to the firmness, but once I did, I woke up feeling more refreshed and without any aches or pains. However, if you prefer a softer feel, this might not be the best option for you. Overall, it's a worthwhile investment for anyone prioritizing quality sleep and back support. We've had the mattress almost 6-7 weeks now and regret our purchase. We have not had a good night's rest since it arrived. We were prepared for a break-in period but that came with severe neck, shoulder and back pain. As the bed became softer around week 4 - the pain got increasingly worse. We wake up several times throughout the night because we are overheated and no sleeping position is comfortable. We've bought at least 7 pillows because the reps at the store indicated that was the issue. It is cool to the touch but retains heat under your body which is really uncomfortable. We are both in our late 30's and wake up with almost every bone cracking and aching - feeling and sounding like a 90-year old. I cannot believe this bed is so expensive and highly rated. I called to initiate the return which is a 3-step process: you call the number, someone eventually calls you back and then you have to wait 2 weeks for someone else to call to schedule the pick up the mattress. Words cannot describe how outraged and disappointed we are.

I just woke up from an ahhhhmazing restful night, so I decided to write this review because I've never owned a mattress this comfortable before. My husband and I wake up feeling rested and just plain amazing, it's even quite hard to find words to describe this new found love for this way of sleep. We've had the bed for 45 days now and it has changed my life. I used to wake up with all sorts of pain, especially my lower back. I have had back issues since my military active days and so, I can't say enough how this will change my life and now I can finally look forward to great nights in bed. This mattress is definitely worth every cent. We also purchased the adjustable base and it's a great fit for us. I love love love this bed, can't even believe it exists. This is just sublime!

We have owned this bed since May 2023. It has a long break-in period. The mattress is still stiff and does not contour to the positions the Tempurpedic adjustable base is placed. Due to my wife's light weight it stays stiff instead of bending. We live in Hawaii so cold temperatures are not relevant.
