[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tempurpedic mattress is by far more substantial than other mail order mattresses. We tried the other less expensive options and had to return them because they were so flimsy. The extra cost of a Tempur-Pedic is well worth it because you get a high quality product. We are enjoying ours and our sleep has improved overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was having sore hip bones and I was having such back pains that I would get up in the middle of the night and soak in the bath! Since buying our TEMPUR-PEDIC, no more hip pain and I sleep contentedly! No tossing and turning!

My husband and I both had such backaches waking up from our old mattress that we could barely walk when we got out of bed. Since getting the Tempurpedic mattress, neither of us suffer from backaches any longer. We sleep more soundly and wake more rested too.

Had purchased another product with 30 day trail guarantee and was disappointed early on. Could hardly wait to upgrade. Such a relief after facing the cost difference and realizing that comfort "was" the issue. In my senior years, this readily became a most wise purchase! As a side sleeper, my left hip seemingly has eased from some of it's issues accredited to the conformity of the product!

We first tried the Luxe Firm. That was awful my body hurt then we switched to the soft and after time they say to give it to break in it's also awful. Both my husband and I hate the bed. We wake up with bad backs and felt like we barely slept. It doesn't seem to sink in like in the store once you have the sheet on. We even bought the sheets from the store. We have the bed where we can move the head up and down and have tried that in various ways and it does not help. We take turns sleeping on our couch to get a rested night once in a while. Also you can feel the other person move on this bed. I would never buy a Tempurpedic bed again.

It is the perfect combination of plush and firm because it is more of a medium firm. You kind of just sink in just enough for it to mold to your shape and body. Every single person that has laid down on this mattresses wishes they had one themselves...true story. If you can afford it, don't even hesitate like I did. I have a herniated lumbar disc that is extremely annoying and affects every single aspect of my life and Tempur-Pedic has helped me with my back pain and with the quality of sleep. I LOVE my mattress.

Finally after buying a competitor's mattress and having nothing but trouble, we have found exactly what we wanted. My husband is in the military and on his feet all day and the zero gravity helps his back and joints. We ordered the bed and it was delivered in 6 days. So fast and delivery was seamless.

Ever since we purchased this mattress in Aug of 2023, it feels as though the center of the mattress is higher and firmer than the sides. This results is a feeling of falling out of the bed. Since we did not purchase the "mattress protector" from the retail store they told us they will not do anything about any problems we would have. We are currently looking at going back to a Select Comfort mattress.
