Warmth and ambience are great

We live in Mesa AZ. We have a [fake] fireplace with fake logs on front area, and we put the Real Flame behind the logs. It is usually hot here. But in the last week or so, we have been able to use the RF. It does put out some heat. It does make a crackle pop sound. As close to a real fire as we can get! We have been using the RF for years, and love the product! Thank you,

This product is not what I expected at all. Very red, very messy to handle and it leaves a lot of unused product in each can after the fire burns out. I've had my Indoor Gel Fuel Fireplace for many, many years and with all of the gels that I have purchased from various vendors over the years, this one is a real disappointment. Plus, per the instructions, you must use the product within a year. I won't be returning the product because of the weight and inconvenience to handle such a heavy item.

This product has tripled in price over the past few years. Why? Greed is the only reason I can think of
