Very durable, won’t blow away, nice and heavy

Great chair. We bought this chair to replace one due to broken armrest. We've had that chair 5 years. The new one matches the other 5 year old chair. No fading at all. Very pleased Very easy to assemble

Great relaxing chairs!

We bought 6 of these for a firepit area. We loved they were large, comfortable and didn’t blow around in high wind. Less than 3 years later and *ALL 6* have CRACKED IN THE SEAT. We aren’t heavy people. My husband and I both weigh less than 200lbs. No reason to crack. Some of the arms also broke within the first year. Wish they would have lasted longer. We are about to purchase 6 more of another brand that are made of HDPE. Hopefully they last longer as spending another $600 is not ideal.

These chairs are easy to assemble, durable, and very comfortable. May need to add pillows, but without still comfortable.

This is the third time we’ve bought these chairs. We love them. So comfortable and stands up to the weather.

I don't have an issue with this product, but when I tried to return it (wrong color) I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service for what should have been a simple fix. The estimated wait time actually increased while I was on hold with them--something I have never before experienced. A company as large as Sams Club should have better customer service than this.

I purchased 6 of these over the course of a year or 2 before I realized how easily they break. They LOOKED great, and the color held up well (I purchased the red ones, and they looked really cute in the yard), but once they actually started getting used, they easily broke. I initially bought 4. 2 fell into the WATER and broke. I decided to replace them as just a fluke because they looked so cute cute and were such a great price point, but they all wound up breaking/cracking once they were actually used. I hate it, but i would never recommend these.

Great chair. Very large and sturdy. Assembly was super quick and easy (if you don’t count figuring out the instructions). Some customers complained about missing hardware. I can definitely see this happening. The bag of bolts was just loose in the box and could have easily fallen out of any small rip or hole in the box.

Plastic arm just broke apart immediately after assembly from being gently lifted; second chair had defective hardware. Doesn't disassemble easily so now struggling to return them to store / box up for mail. Avoid.
