Great countertop all in one cooker. The doors function wide out on both sides. Takes up more space than necessary. The dual door mechanism is poor design. Doors rely on cheap plastic on metal parts to function. Plastic lost.

I would have given 4 stars, i never do 5 stars if the cooking options were i alphabetical order. I can't for the life of me figure out why they aren't in alphabetical order. It won't be nice if they were lit to easily see them.

I order this almost 2 weeks ago and today I got an email that canceled it because it's not in stock. Yet here it is still listed and says it's in stock. Very disappointed in Sam's Club.

It’s very small & good for only very small baking or air frying. I thought it was bigger. I’ll still need to use my propane oven to bake cakes, lasagna, etc until I can buy a bigger counter top oven.

I really love this little multiple purpose appliance. It doesn't heat your entire kitchen up either. Very energy efficient. Didn't come with the grill plate, even though it said it did. That's the only reason for the lower score.

I bought this 2 days ago and have enjoyed using it but please note that the grill plate is not included. It comes with the grill plate handle but not the grill plate. Go figure??????

Per customer service for TriStar...the units sold by Sam's Club do not include these items... even though it is listed on the box and in the manual. If this is true, Sam's club should have mentioned this in their ad. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

do not buy this product, false advertising when it comes to the accessories, the grill plate handle is included, but the grill plate itself has be purchased aftermarket, in which the item does not exist anywhere.

Even though I've had this oven for quite some time, I still haven't used all of the features. What we have used, we have been pretty pleased with. First, we weren't successful with the rotisserie function. No matter how much we adjusted and cut parts off the small turkey, it would not rotate at all. That was a bust. Second, this product includes the cheapest made baking pan and crumb tray. If your oven had not been used yet - IMMEDIATELY line your pans before use, or they will be stained forever. I guess that's Emeril's way of getting consumers to buy replacement products. Not happening - I just keep lining mine %26 dealing with the stains. Third, it's a learning curve. Adjust the heat, adjust the cooking times - you'll eventually get it right. I'm still not happy with the toast, but I keep trying. I guess my main gripe is like I said above, the staining of the pans.

This was a fantastic air fryer until the air frying portion stopped working, we bought the protection plan but because it was under a year we had to contact the company directly. The company is requesting either we pay 1/3 the cost of the unit and destroy it ourselves or ship it back to them at our cost for 2/3 the cost of the unit. I had a few conversations which were basically robotic answers of its our policy take a hike. It is extremely disappointing the company is not willing to work with a customer who bought extra baskets and products to work with the product. Do not buy this air fryer go for a known brand like ninja or others.
