Was kinda of worried after some of reviews! BUT..

I was kinda of worried when I read some of the reviews! But this machine is a godsend! So easy to make so many things. NOW FOR WHOEVER can’t read the instructions IT DOES NOT COME WITH STEAK FLAT IRON OR HANDEL but has everything else got mine on a door buster and it is the best air fryer/oven/a few other things. I have had a few air fryer’s and this one by far is top notch! Easy to clean easy to use. The only thing I can’t tell you is longevity as it’s 2 ish months old. But has been wonderful and makes the best food!! Can be set to custom temp and times. Can cook with top or bottom heating elements or both. Just an all around good machine. Has huge front French style doors. But not to big fits very nicely on counter under cabinets. But is ...

Missing grill plate and handle

The air fryer is great, how ever a grill plate and handle was supposed to be in included. This is definitely false advertising! I can’t even find any information on where I can buy (a second time) a grill plate and handle. After spending almost $200, I really don’t think I should have to buy what was missing in the box.

    Love this item!

    Love this air fryer, I bake, sorry, heat up all kinds of things. Love the French doors, makes opening easy!

    Excellent so far

    So far it does everything great. Hope it lasts. My last countertop oven (Wolfgang Puck) lasted 7 years using at least 4 times a week

    DOES NOT TOAST WELL.

    IT IS AN OK AIR FRYER BUT IT DOES NOT TOAST,I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO TURN THE FAN OFF,ALL IT DOES IS DRY THE BREAD OUT!!!

    Make sure you have room on both sides of your counter when you open the doors I would rather have the door open from the front down

    Faulty Dial

    I’ve had one of these for a while but the dial selection went out pretty quickly. As you turn the dial it just skips randomly.

    So far great product

    The only thing I was concerned about was the dimensions. The dimensions on the app didn't specify wide/depth/height. The dimensions they gave it wouldn't fit under my counters, think they gave measurements of the box not the unit

    Never received item

    I never got my item or a refund. I was told they were checking into it but never heard from anyone. What was supposed to be a Christmas gift to my daughters is now a night mare.

    Disapointed

    I bought this and am just too tired to return it. Not everything advertised came with the oven. Very disapointed. I hope it works okay. I shoud have bought the Ninja. I might return it if I am not too tired later.
