There they were, snug as a bug in a rug. Perhaps they should put a little sticker at the top , indicating where they are hiding. I have preheated the oven to burn off the chemical smell...and yes, it's stinky.

Emailed Empower Customer Service and they responded my version didn't come with these items. When I responded to ask why, they never responded. Also, this unit gets extremely hot, all over. Be careful.

I make chicken tenderloins, sweet potato cubes, burritos, chicken quesadillas, steak bites, red potato cubes, and the list goes on. It is a bit large for the counter, and the doors are self closing, which can be a pain, but once you have the hang of it, it's fine.

This is not a product complaint, it is a service issue. I guess Sam's doesn't care about you once they get their money.
