Performance gets a big 5 star. However the reason for 2 stars is because there are 3 items missing. I emailed both Sam's club and the manufacturer 3 weeks ago and still no response from either one.

It works really well, does a great job with cooking our foods, but the tray that comes with it (not the grate or basket) is horrible. It's chipping and coming apart, definitely wouldn't cook anything on that! Trying to find a replacement for it.

Wow it's awesome. It makes great Chicken wings frozen to perfect in under 25 minutes. Clean up is easy. The only negative is it SHOULD come with a grill plate. 25$ extra

This little Air Fryer/Oven is the best appliance in our kitchen. We've had it about 2 weeks and it's honestly all we have cooked with. We haven't fried or deep fryer anything. I affectionately call this my grownup Easy Bake Oven.

I like this oven/air fryer, still learning all the different ways it will cook. My reason for only 3 stars, it does not come with a grill pan. Accessories are not to be found online. Overall I am happy but would really like to get the grill pan.

Horrible! Inconceivable Emeril Lagasse is hocking this machine, yes, he sold most of his portfolio to Martha Stewart, but geesh this oven was defective and dangerous, i.e., fire hazard! Listen up folks, heed the reviews Caveat Emptor!!!!

What a great sale & find. This oven/air fryer/rotisserie is a great appliance. It's small enough to fit perfectly under our our counter space. We don't have to turn the large oven on for small meals so the kitchen isn’t so hot.

As long as you’re baking one thing at a time I think it’s a good little oven. But if you try to do two items at once the food is so close to the bottom and top elements I’m experiencing burning unless I remember to switch them around and perhaps tent with foil. It bakes as a convection oven so things bake faster than the stated baking time, which would be normal for convection baking. I’ve not had this oven long enough to have ventured into most of the things it does. I like the proof option for thawing dough balls for rolls. In 2 1/2 hours I’ve got hot browned yeast rolls. It’s so much faster preheating than my big oven which is such a time saver. Within 3 min or so it’s at 350 degrees. A 12 inch pizza fits perfect and bakes well. Overall, I’m pretty pleased so far

The air fryers that I was used to were the drawer type. I always picked it up by the handle and of course that was too much weight and the handles broke. These doors open wide, there’s plenty of room for large amounts of food and so far toasting, air frying and roasting have been perfect. I am anxious to try the dehydrator and proofing for dough soon.

I haven’t tested every option on this oven yet but the ones I have tried work great. I’ve made French fries, reheated pizza, and used the air fryer option. I was disappointed that the grill plate and handle didn’t come with it and I was under the impression that it would.
