Bought this well over a year ago. Initially, it stayed in the box for quite some time. Once I finally opened it and tried it, I was hooked. It's so nice, especially in the summer, if you want to cook something and not heat a big oven. There are somethings that I have found are better in the oven but it's great for 95% of what I want to cook. The rotisserie chicken is tender and juicy and pretty fast to cook. It's one of my better purchases in life. Loves it!! ❤️

I purchased 1 each for my daughter in law and myself. My daughter in law uses there's everyday. She also loves the feature for proofing dough. She makes pizza dough and pretzel buns. I also purchased the grill plate (not included) for both of us.

This purchase was made “spur of the moment” without checking product reviews. Before opening the box, we checked reviews of this toaster oven/air fryer and those of several other brands. We also checked websites that rated the top toaster oven/air fryers. After comparing reviews of this particular item with others available from different manufacturers, we returned this item and purchased a Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro. The Breville model cost more than double what we had paid for the Emeril model, but according to reviews, customers were much happier with the quality and performance of Breville’s oven. To be honest, we never opened the box of the Emeril oven, so this review is based solely on customer reviews and various websites that compared and rated similar toaster oven/air fryers.

No grill plate or grill plate handle included.I called about the grill plate handle. I was informed if the grill plate has an asterisk next to it in the parts and accessory of the booklet you do not get that item, but the grill handle doesn’t have an asterisk next to it . Customer service would not help. i will be returning as defective

I purchased this product hoping for a larger space that I could air from my food in, however, within 2 months of purchasing and no more than 10 uses I have begun to receive an error code that renders this device entirely useless. Additionally, if you search this product online you'll see that it includes a grill plate but if you purchase it through Sam's Club there is no Grill plate included.

Love everything about it. Large readable leds, oven size, ease of use. I even like the French doors and I didn’t think I would. Our wall oven broke and a new one is 2,000! Ridiculous, especially with the price of everything else, I just can’t justify buying one at this time. I don’t even miss it, in fact I keep our bread, bagels, buns etc in it. It’s great storage. 🤣I make just about everything in this Emeril oven, breakfast casseroles, cinnamon rolls, cookies, pizza rolls, garlic bread, hot pockets, fish, biscuits etc.

All accessories not included. When I unpacked the oven, it was found that some items pictured on box were not included. Contact with manufacturer’s customer service was made where I was informed that had I read the fine print of the owners manual, it read that the griddle and handle was not included in this model, but could be shipped to me for a fee. The oven itself works quite well. And as seen on TV, it does a lot of different types of cooking. I wish that we would have been informed that all of the accessories were not included with the purchase.

I use to have the Ninja air fryer, after using it just about everyday it broke down. Came across this one and thought I would give it a try. First of all it's not that great at all, it didn't do what it claims it does. Used the rotisserie for a whole chicken and the drippings made the air fryer smoke to much and almost caused a fire from the drippings! Mind you I put the other pan under it to prevent the drippings dripping onto the bottom. You definitely cannot make fried chicken and fries at the same time. Very disappointed with this purchase, if I could take it back I would! And buy a ninja airfryer again.

After reading the reviews here, I bought this item yesterday. The reviews indicated a significant failure rate within about a year. Today I attempted to register the item Online with Emeril Everday and inquired about the "Protection Plan" offered by the seller. Support informed me they no longer register the product online and the Protection Plan has been discontinued. Allstate Square Trade offered a 3 year plan and I purchased that, however, I don't have much confidence this item is going to last cranking it up for air fried chicken and buffalo wings. Bad Indicators BEWARE

Since I've received my Air Frier, I've cooked in it every night. I've owned at least 5 air friers and believe this Emeril Lagasse Air Frier is the best ever. I can cook 3 things at once or one thing. It is taller than my other air friers and fits perfectly on my countertop. The first time I cooked French fries, we couldn't believe how crispy they were yet soft on the inside. This air fryer is the absolute best fryer I've ever had. I would highly recommend this air frier and the price is right.
