Airfryer takes FOREVER. My small toaster oven does a better job "air frying" than this big thing. Have to remove the different trays when cooking different items but can't put them on top. Takes up a lot of counter space and you can't put anything close to it or on top because it has vents all over so no where to put the trays not in use there either. Doors work in sync and they snap shut if you don't hold them and make a loud noise. I didn't use the rotisserie because it looked like it would be a big clean up. No grill pan included, must purchase separately, so I didn't try grilling either. So, for use as an oven/air fryer, not great. I returned it to Sam's and reclaimed my counter with my small toaster oven. Had high hopes for this but it was disappointing. I bought it on sale for 139.99 at Same's now it's back up to 179.99, save your $$$.

All accessories not included. When I unpacked the oven, it was found that some items pictured on box were not included. Contact with manufacturer’s customer service was made where I was informed that had I read the fine print of the owners manual, it read that the griddle and handle was not included in this model, but could be shipped to me for a fee. The oven itself works quite well. And as seen on TV, it does a lot of different types of cooking. I wish that we would have been informed that all of the accessories were not included with the purchase.

There are a few reviews stating two items missing from the box, but neither the ad nor the box says the items are included in box. The grill pan has an * next to the name which it is noted to "may be sold separately." Guess what that means....this version sold at Sam's does not nor was it mentioned in the ad to include the grill pan and handle guess what that means. They ARE sold separately. If you want that grill pan, try going on their website or calling them to order it. Has everything advertised. Plus found out that normal 9 x 12 baking pans with no handles fit perfect in it.

After reading the reviews here, I bought this item yesterday. The reviews indicated a significant failure rate within about a year. Today I attempted to register the item Online with Emeril Everday and inquired about the "Protection Plan" offered by the seller. Support informed me they no longer register the product online and the Protection Plan has been discontinued. Allstate Square Trade offered a 3 year plan and I purchased that, however, I don't have much confidence this item is going to last cranking it up for air fried chicken and buffalo wings. Bad Indicators BEWARE

Received this yesterday with parts missing inside. Did not receive the rotisserie out the tool to get pan out, or the grill pan showed on the box. Also there was a dent on the side of the stainless steel oven that is very thin. Sams would not send me the extra parts unless I returned the whole oven. which I live an hour away and hard to pack back up. So not happy with that!!! When I tried to get customer service on the phone disconnected three times waiting 20 minutes each time. so finally had to text!!!!

I got this on Black Friday, 2023 at Kohl's due to someone mentioning that the one sold by Sam's club did not include the grill plate. I don't do a lot of cooking so I needed something that works for an elderly person that cooks for one person. I made green beans like those served at Chinese Restaurants.

So far it seems to be working well. I did have to put it on a rolling cart with a heavy duty appliance extension cord because the power cord is WAY too short to slide out from under my upper cabinets to prevent too much heat. I am upset that it did NOT come with the GRILL PAN. I do try to be very careful with the doors because they do seem to be a weak point.

I also bought this air fryer at Sam's Club and have to take it back because, guess what, no grill plate or grill handle. Just a heads up for anyone that was as disappointed as I was! Kohl's has the whole entire package for $4.61 more than I paid at Sam's and you get back $ 20 Kohl's Cash! And here's the set back, you have to download the Kohl's app, no biggie right? The sale price is $169, but $144 if you download the app!!! I'm so excited to try this out, I'm gonna try baking my Thanksgiving pies in it and baking my turkey breast in it also. If all else fails we can always go to Applebee's!!!

No grill plate or grill plate handle included.I called about the grill plate handle. I was informed if the grill plate has an asterisk next to it in the parts and accessory of the booklet you do not get that item, but the grill handle doesn’t have an asterisk next to it . Customer service would not help. i will be returning as defective

We bought one of these last summer so we’ve enjoyed it for a year and a half. This is a very versatile unit and has many cook functions. We use this in the place of heating up the big oven for many items and it has never failed us. I also recently bought my daughter one for her house because she loved mine so much.
