The HP Pavilion has met all of my college needs so far. It is lightweight which makes it much easier to carry around all day. I am overall very satisfied with the bright display and sleek design.

Nice laptop but had to go through a lot to get the warranty straightened out HP claimed the laptop was a store return box was taped when i picked it up and the box was a little beat up, they were sold out or i would of requested a different one or even picked one up from another store. So beware of that when you buy electronics in general and save your receipt so you can show proof you bought it as new not a open box used item.

Battery life is not that good.

Damaged in transit. Fedex returned it to Sam's Club before it ever reached me. Instead of replacing it, Sam's Club cancelled the order and told me I could order it again. After the sale had ended, of course, without honoring the price at which I ordered it initially.

I PURCHASED THIS LAPTOP 20 DAYS AGO 11-04-2024 AND IT STATED IT HAD A 2 YEAR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WARRANTY? WARM CHOCOLATE WAS SPILLED ON THE LAPTOP. I CALLED THE PHONE # GIVEN ON WEBSITE FOR WARRANTY REPAIR AND REPAIR CHARGES WERE OVER $600.00? I PAID $599.00 FOR THE LAPTOP; THIS IS NOT A LOGICAL AND / OR HONEST AVERTISEMANT? I CALLED SAM'S CLUB AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS I SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR COVERAGE? THIS IS CRAZY I TOLD THEM THEN WHY IS THIS EVEN AVERTISED AS A SELLING POINT TO SELL TH THE LAPTOP? THEY SAID CALL WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE 1-800-925-6278 NO PLACE GIVEN TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE THERE EITHER. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I REFUSED THE REPAIR I WILL TAKE TO A LOCAL REPAIR PERSON IF THAT DOES NOT WORK, I WILL HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER LAPTOP FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER'S VIRTUAL SCHOOLING.

Poorly constructed. If you rest your hand while typing, the whole computer body flexes causing the inability to click touch pad or use some of the key.
