Unfortunately, this cake was a disappointment. It looked great. The candy center flowed awesomely, but the flavor was not great. The icing on top was not a good flavor or texture, and the icing in the middle was too sweet. I think there were just too many things going on. The entire cake also fell apart after the first cut and made a huge mess.

It's overly sweet and very dry, the M&M's are just placed in the middle, so when you cut a slice, they pour out. I bought it thinking it looked intriguing for the kids, they were not impressed, nor did they like it. It was a waste of $18.00, it was thrown away! Unless you like over sweet tasteless dry cake, save your money.

Horrible, disgusting, waste of money. The cake was dry, frosting was just waybto swet and it was mostly m&ms and confetti cake decoration that came spilling out. Honestly i can t believe this is one if members mark products. Take this cake off the shelf. Its so bad!

Let's get straight to it. The cake itself is not great. It's dry and way too sweet. It's not really enjoyable after eating a little bit. It's one of those one and done. Where out of respect you eat it because it's passed out at a party but you likely won't go for seconds due to the quality. With that said for kids it's a blast. It has a nice presentation. It's huge for the price and a lot of show with the sprinkles and when you open it all the sprinkles and candies inside. The kids will love it for sure. If this is strictly for young kids, it's great. But for mix crowd or mostly adults, I would pass. The good news is it's on par with the prices of the other Sam's cakes so it's priced well for the size and fun factor, but you sacrifice quality.

This is the driest cake I have ever bought, and cutting it was a pain. Crumbly, icing breaking off everywhere, wrapped in a thick "cupcake" wrapped that you can't peel off without the icing coming off. Nobody was able to finish their slice, even the kids. I've never had frosting so sweet that it makes an m&m taste bland. I'm glad it was only $15.

Cake was extremely dry. We did not even finish our first piece.
