Only thing good about this cupcake is the frosting

Cake is impressive to look at, frosting is good BUT the cake is unbelievably dry and tasteless, the outside cupcake paper is very hard to remove and the M&Ms. Do not taste as you would expect. I would not recommend this product at all. I love the idea, but the execution of the product was horrible Don’t waste your money.

More for decoration than dessert

The cake is very cute. But cutting the cake is very messy and the flavor is hard to describe, the frosting is greasy sweet with no real flavor and the cake itself is dry but with the frosting in the same bite it's not bad...but not great. I wouldn't buy it again but ....people loved the concept. More for display than anything.

Do not recommend

Should have looked at reviews! My daughter loves baking shows and wanted to try this- overly sweet and nothing like the picture. Wrapper makes it nearly impossible to cut. M&ms tasted old/wet. Cake crumbled more and more with each slice and eventually just collapsed. Never again.

The Dry Cake Disaster

I regret to say that this cake was the most disappointing dessert I've ever had. From the moment I cut into it, I could tell something was wrong—the knife barely made it through the dense, crumbly layers. The texture? A disaster. Imagine eating a mouthful of sawdust but with less flavor. It was so dry that I needed two glasses of water just to choke down one bite. Speaking of flavor, where was it? This cake had all the charm of cardboard with none of the appeal. Even the frosting, which I hoped would save the experience, was lackluster. Thick, overly sweet, and devoid of any redeeming qualities, it seemed like an afterthought slapped on to distract from the cake itself—and failed miserably. If you're looking for a dessert to serve at your next event, do yourself a favor and avoid this cake at all costs. Your guests (and your taste buds) will thank you. 1/5 stars, and that's only because I can't give zero.
