Just picked this up at the club. Holy Moly does it taste good. It has heat but nothing that is too overwhelming. I could see myself using this on not just wings but eggs, as a dip and on sandwiches.

I'm not a fan. I can't identify what I taste, but its more than buffalo sauce and butter. I read another review that mentioned blue cheese. Maybe that's it, but I was hoping for something a bit more traditional.
