When I opened up the bottle I smelled it; it was not what I was expecting. I tried it anyways but I did not like it. It is a thin sauce. I will be giving it to a family member as it was just not for me.

I also mixed some sour cream with the sauce to make a dip. It was very good!! This was a perfect buttery buffalo sauce and I will buy In the future.

It has a small kick to it like ketchup but, a bit stronger and not hot at all . I definitely recommend this sauce it also comes in a great size that will last a while. For me when you think of Buffalo Sauce there is a very particular taste profile that comes to mind. I was expecting that with this sauce but I was pleasantly incorrect. This sauce if very heavy on the chili and various pepper flavors. I enjoyed it had a peppery taste which may be spicy from some, I enjoyed the kick. It’s not the buffalo sauce I’m used to but it was good and has its own place for wings.
