If you are looking for a firm mattress, the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Firm is fantastic. After a couple of minutes it molds to the shape of your body, holing you in a straight, comfortable position. Our old mattress was causing back pain due to sagging. After only a couple of nights on the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Firm there was a significant improvement with complete relief a few days later.

We went from an uncomfortable flat mattress to an adjustable base tempurpedic. It has solved my morning backache problem & I find I sleep better and longer with this mattress. My husband has COPD so having the adjustable base is excellent for his breathing. I am very happy with our purchase of this bed. It is not too soft but gives us the support we need without being too hard.

We had an older version that we never realized was keeping us from having a good nights sleep. After purchasing the newest Pro-Adapt mattress we have both been sleeping more sound and waking up feeling so much better and very well rested. It not only gives us a good nights sleep, it's a GREAT nights sleep. Thank you for making such a wonderful product. We will never have any other mattress. Ever! :)

I chose TempurPedic primarily because I needed to try the mattress before I bought it. There are many "highly rated" mattresses that only are available online but I was not going to buy "sight unseen". The Flagship store associate added value to my purchase with her clear explanations and patience while I debated which firmness to get and went back and forth between the displays. There was also good followup because I did not purchase during my initial store visit and had additional questions. The "White Glove" delivery and 90 day trial were also important factors in my decision.

Does not relieve pressure points or give you a good sleep experience. I started complaining to Living Spaces where we bought it after a couple of months and was told it takes awhile to adapt and give it 3 months, then 6 months then sorry you'll have to take it up with Temperpedic Warranty Department. They told me how sorry to hear of my bad experience and to take a bunch of pictures and send in but if mattress didn't have 3/4 inch depression they would not replace it. Wear is uneven not that severe of depression but uneven wear all over mattress which leads me to believe support is not good. When we bought mattress I was lead to believe body heat made foam conform to body and then spring back. This is after less than 2 years and me being 165 pounds and my husband 195 pounds! We went and bought a Temperpedic pillow topper hoping that might help and it just shows big depression on both sides where we sleep. We took it off to get pictures of mattress and found the foam on the topper is cracked in several spots. No wonder we're not getting good support. I wonder if the inside of mattress shows the same deterioration! I wake up after a couple of hours with hip hurting and my shoulder had become extremely painful. I went to Orthopedic doctor and X-ray shows tendinitis in rotator cuff likely causing pain. Not doing any sports, lifting or consistent motion to cause this. My back pain is worse also. I wouldn't call that a real great nights sleep!!! .

I never knew sleep felt so good until my Tempur experience. Got a Split King with a ProAdapt Medium Hybrid and the ProAdapt Soft. Talking about the best of both worlds. Now all I want to do is sleep! I alternate sleeping on each and discovered that I like the hybrid better, but I wouldn't trade either for the world. Tremendous relief from my chronic back pain. Did I tell you about the Ergo Smart Base? A must-have for your Tempurpedic mattress. I got one with the SleepTracker. Amazing! No more bumping into things with the smart lighting. Unlimited adjustable positions, plus the presets. I haven't even started to use the massage. The daily sleep tracker reports is the icing on the cake. Didn't realize my sleep quality was that great. Bottom line, I will not sleep on anything else.

I first went with the Adapt medium and I was very satisfied with the mattress. Just for the heck of it I went back and tried the Pro-Adapt soft and was so impressed I went ahead and upgraded to the Pro-Adapt soft. Best product ever and great comfortable sleep. Best decision I ever made and we'll worth it. I have never had more dreams and it can only be from the deep Rem sleep from this mattress. Very impressed and happy with this. You will never regret this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my bed about a month ago, and after a bit of an adjustment period. We are sleeping very comfortably. I suffer from chronic back problems and my old bed definitely exacerbated the problem. I would often have to sleep in the guest bedroom for a better nights rest. But now I sleep much better, and I am considering upgrading my guestroom bed to a Tempurpedic too.

Purchased mattress in 2020 and still too firm. The mattress I tried in the store was not this firm despite being the same model. I have tried everything, including a mattress topper which just made it too hot. After a couple years now, I still can't sleep well, waking up with back, hip, and should pain that I only have after sleeping in the bed. Unless you like a very firm bed, don't bother. I have the soft model and it has never been soft.

A year ago, we were sleeping on an all foam Ghost Bed and I had lower back pain every morning. We went to a mattress store and did their assessment and ended up with a Sealy Posturepedic Medium Hybrid with an adjustable base. That alleviated almost all of my lower back pain, but I still slept with a pillow under my knees most nights. We have been sleeping on the Pro-Adapt for 3 weeks now and my lower back pain is gone, it seems my support needs are finally being met. My husband didn't experience the same issues as I, but he did comment this is the most comfortable mattress we have slept on yet. I would now pay for the level of quality Tempur-Pedic provides, I'm a convert! For those on the fence, consider this. If a mattress lasts for 7-10 years, your daily cost for amazing sleep is less than a cup of coffee. Would that be worth it to you?
