I have only been sleeping on the mattress for about a month, but I am sleeping better, longer, and with less pain. Last mattress was a 15 year old pillow top, that could explain it, but I feel going to a firm mattress was a great choice for me. I am now 60, and proper support is needed. Pain in neck, back, knees, and hips has greatly decreased. My wife says I sleep with less snoring and less movement than before. I get out of bed feeling much more refreshed and energetic. One drawback is the price, everything is expensive these days, but wow! Only time will tell, but if I feel better over time, it will be worth every penny. I hope this review will help others with their decision. For me, so far, it has been a sound choice.

Knowing I no longer have to look for a better mattress is calming. I'm getting the sleep I want and need. Waking up without aches and pains as most of us experience as we age, is such a bonus. This mattress just envelopes you with support. I love not thinking about how tired I am each morning. Tempur-Pedic completed my search in a very rewarding offer of comfort.

We purchased this mattress after trying it out at the store and reading great reviews on it, my wife is a back and side sleeper and I'm a stomach sleeper and the salesperson highly recommended it. I have always had the standard plush pillow tops and never had an issue but we decided to try one of these out and it was a huge mistake. For stomach sleepers your lower back sinks into the mattress and cause the most uncomfortable sleep and lower back pain when you wake up. For back and side sleepers I'm sure this mattress works wonders but if you're a stomach sleeper I would highly recommend switching your sleeping position or find a compromise on a standard mattress with your significant other, this one is going back and getting exchanged for a standard pillow top again.

My experience at this store was beyond excellent if there was 10 stars I would give it to that store.Mike the manager at this store sold the bed to my wife and I he is very knowledgeable about the product .He knew everything there was to know about all of the temperpedic line.I love my bed very much.

This mattress is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort. I'm 6'3" at 215 lbs this mattress holds it's shape and keeps me sleeping all night long. The order process was a little confusing. I was searching to set up a delivery date, but couldn't find one. I wish the website told that you will be emailed in a few days during the purchase process to set up a delivery date. This message isn't sent to you for a couple of days after purchase. The delivery was very quick and efficient. Highly recommend buying through Tempurpedic.com directly.

Not as great as everyone says it is. I was very excited for the cooling feature because I sweat a lot at night and after the first night with this mattress, I've never sweated more in my life. And it's been multiple night, still have yet to notice the cooling feature. Very disappointed that this is non existent..:

I regret going beyond the 90 days and was hoping that after several online comments on Facebook that someone from the company would reach out and try and make it right m. That's true customer service. Soon as this is paid it will get thrown in the trash and I'll purchase from a competitor.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. When combined with two Ergo Smart bases or Split ProAdapt mattresses (one Medium and the other Hybrid Medium) have virtually eliminated my hip pain and my wife's shoulder pain. The split between the mattresses has not been a problem as we sleep apart most of the night. The 2 Ergo Smart bases with Sleeptracker-AI provide additional benefits including automatic snoring head adjustment upwards which has reduced snoring but not eliminiated it as we have experienced. We would recommend this combination of mattresses and bases to others as we have already. A two happy customers.
