My husband and I are experiencing restful sleep, our firm mattress is a dream! Not to sink into the mattress is great. The mattress is very firm, yet it molds to your body. I was worried that I would get indents like our old mattress but when you rise in the morning it looks as if no one has slept on the mattress! Stearns & Foster is worth every thousand spent and I will recommend it to friends and family who are in the market for a new mattress!

I have wanted a Sterns and Foster Mattress for many years. Being on a fixed income, I had to save a little bit here and there, which took me a few years to save enough for my dream mattress. This mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. I have back problems; the firmness is just enough to be able to sleep without pain waking me up in the middle of the night. I get up in the morning and do not have aches and pains in my shoulders or back, which is a blessing within itself. I am yet to find anything about this mattress to complain about.

I needed to get out of pain (both sides of my neck, shoulders, upper back) after trying to sleep for 8 months on another manufacturer's mattress. I had been to the chiropractor, too. When I tried the Stearns & Foster at the store, I just knew it was the right one. I had no doubt. Every night for the last week my pain has dissipated more and more because of my Stearns and Foster mattress. I'm just so happy that I can finally sleep all night and not wake up after a few hours with pain. The quality is wonderful and makes me happy when I'm changing sheets and seeing how well-crafted this is. This is the only mattress I will purchase again in the future.

Our mattress is only 2-3 years old and it has utterly failed. I am 160 lbs at 6’ and I sink halfway below the edge of the mattress, my SO is short and petite. We keep our mattress clean, protected and constantly rotate. This is not a firm mattress. By ANY measure. But I am stuck with it because it is not collapsed, S&F has so cleverly hid behind the “Comfort Preference” of their sham of a warranty. Almost 3k down the drain for nothing. I am so beyond frustrated and annoyed that this is the situation I have been put in that I am seriously considering civil options.

I wish I knew how heavy this mattress was going to be, we have a difficult time tucking in the sheets and blanket. Our old mattress did not sag in the middle, I have to work myself to the side with this one. I also wake up in the middle of the night now since we bought this mattress with pain in my hands, I've tried changing pillows but it doesn't make a difference. Turning the mattress is a real chore. I did not read reviews before buying.

I wish I could send a picture to show how bad blue cheap material looks just after a few months of regular use. It looks awful! My old twenty years old mattress looked better when I decided to replace it! It looks bad like an old cheap pullover and they call it “ lux” ? Don ‘t be fooled by how pretty it looks in the store. Buy a different brand with real quality material that lasts for years.

Overall I find this mattress to be great quality. My only complaint after about a month is that I'm still feeling pressure points while sleeping on my back in the coccyx area. Yes, I roll on my side for relief so maybe I'm expecting too much. I am currently giving it 4 stars only because of what I mentioned. Once it's broken in maybe my opinion will change.

I’d like to share a review of my new mattress the Stern and Foster ESTATE FIRM EPT. First, I’d like to give you a little background on why I selected this mattress. My husband and I were out mattress shopping because the mattress that was in our home was affected by the Eaton fire In January 2025 and had soot and an odor of smoke. We needed to replace it, which we were ok with that, because even though we had recently purchased that mattress in a 2021 and it wasn’t that old, it had already developed a slope and was not really that comfortable. Actually after it was delivered brand new’ it wasn’t that comfortable. So we were extremely happy to get a new mattress! We went to the local Sit And Sleep and tried, I’d say at least 15 different types, and kind of mattresses in our price range. We spent over two hours in the store trying to find the perfect mattress. She has the abilities to replace it, but she does not want to because she is very comfortable with it, but here’s the best part of the story. Your mattress still supports her and she’s still very happy with it! Now that’s a testimonial! We laid on this particular S& F mattress, and we fell in love with it, even though it was a little more than our budget , we purchased it and that is my testimony.
