WGen9500 Generator

I purchased and just recieved. It was very easy to put the wheels on and it came with the correct amount of oil (1.1l) to quickly add to the generator. After connecting the battery (through a connector), I added gas, hit the start switch and on the second try of the auto start, it fired right up. I was impressed that it started so quickly right out of the box. The remote start works great and I was able to start it from the comfort of my house.

Customer Service & Warranty Department rates Zero

Received this nice looking generator with everything you need on a generator including power to run everything you need. It wouldn’t start for me to even try it out. It a total of 3 weeks I called Westinghouse 5 times trying to talk to someone that could help me get it started. They have people answering just to take messages and forward it to correct department so they can call the customer. In 3 weeks I never received a call back from anyone. All I ever received was text showing me some trouble shooting tip to try. These tips were in the manual that came with the generator so I had already tried all of them.
