This version has a smooth shiny coating and an odd flavor. The texture is different as well. I am returning.

Ive loved this cereal sin e childhood. Its stll tastes good. Its less cinnamon than the 80's, but delicious.

They are too hard!! It used to be one or two pieces now it's the whole box! We Call them apple rocks

I used to love Apple Jack's as a kid. The big cereal loops that were filled with flavor and stayed crunchy through the last bite. Now the recipe seems to have changed and the loops are much smaller and the flavor isn't as bold as it used to be in the 90s. Please consider bringing back the old recipe that people loved.

I wasn't a fan of adding the green jacks, and there seem to be less cinnamon specks overall, but I've been eating Apple Jacks since I was a kid and it would have to get a lot worse for me to give them up. Love the milk after I finish a bowl. They're also good dry out of the box as a snack.

Apple Jacks use to be bigger and had more taste and flavor. They are much smaller now and have hardly any flavor to them. The milk use to have just as much flavor as the cereal even though all the cereal was gone! It's very disappointing. I keep going back to them in hopes that the flavor is back but no change.

Not like it used to be. I got the share size and this is how much my bag was filled … disappointing as everything is getting more expensive as is. I was very disappointed in the fact that most of my cereal was just the cinnamon loops and hardly any apple . I should not be able to look at my spoon and only see orange loops and no green loops, I definitely did not get apple and cinnamon in every bite like advertised on the box. They used to be wayyyy more tastier :(

My mom bought this and other kids' cereals when I was a child. For a while, as an adult, I was addicted to Lucky Charms. I had also tried Cheerios and Raisin Bran. Then, I chanced on Apple Jacks and bought it; it was still great and not as sweet as Lucky Charms or Raisin Bran, and it didn't taste plain like Cheerios. Then I saw the Kellogg's Feeding Reading, so Apple Jacks is what I buy now in the summer. I get at least 10 boxes that last a few months. Hopefully, next year, ordering books will be as easy as my first year; this year was horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised to see the size of this box of Kellogg’s Apple Jack’s cereal! It actually is one of my favorites I grew up with into my teenage years and older. Now my grandkids love it! The taste is always fresh, and love the apple crunch!

I'm a creature of habit and I've been buying Apple Jacks for YEARS! But I don't buy because I'm a creature of habit, I buy it because I really like it! Just the right combination of cinnamon and apple flavors to make me want more. With milk, or right out of the box, Apple Jacks can't be beat!
