I did not notice that the printer was an inkjet. i have been warned not to buy an inkjet because you go thru ink too fast. you use alot of ink if you print alot, and if you dont use it, the ink dries and you have to buy another cartridge. Time will tell.

Excellent quality. A few hassles with set up but it seems to have straightened out and I like it a lot after about 2 weeks. It kept losing signal and the instant ink signup was a hassle to get the 6 months free-no promo code included you have to reach out to the company and go through the waits and explanations etc. but eventually...it all got sorted.

I generally like HP printers. This one was Jo exception. It was easy to set up, great Bluetooth, and print quality was just as good or better than I expected. People have asked where I got items printed that were printed from this printer. The print to edge feature is probably one of my favorite features!

I love it ! Quite the step up from my old one of 13 years. Being a touch tech challenged it was a little difficult to set up - not so much the printer itself but getting connected to HP.

I have had zero problems with my new HP ENVY Inspire 7255e. My granddaughter unboxed it and set it up and now printing is easy again. I am sad that this printer uses cartridges of ink instead of ink reservoirs, but we print often enough that I don't think our cartridges will dry out.

While the printer is great and works very well, it took my husband and me three hours to set it up . Both of us are in our mid- eighties and working with computers and their accessories does not come intuitively to us. Trying to read the instructions on a cell phone and do the connecting was challenging for us and took us nearly three hours. Written instructions on paper would have been so much easier for us to use and less stressful. I realize that our age group represents only a small fraction of your users but we do use our computers, the internet, and the printer. Do try to keep people like us in mind.

The brand new would printed only pink and black. Contacted HP . They sent replacement cartridges and the same thing … only printed in pink and black. Received a replacement printer and now the cartridges will not communicate to HP ink. To top it off, while looking at the SN %23 , I discovered that the replacement printer was a “Certified REFURBISHED” printer! This model came out in Feb 2022 and already refurbished. Seriously? First of all, I originally purchased a NEW printer and it was replaced with a REFURBISHED one?

Good when it works but for some reason if left turned on it will stop working: get a bunch of meaningless lines and lights on the screen. Will not turn off to reboot unless un plugged. Tried to get tech support on chat line but tech was useless. When plugged in after a period of time it will give message that was turned off incorrectly but will work again for a while. So I leave it turned off when not in use.

It's been several months sense I purchased the HP ENVY Inspire 7200e series Printer. To date, following at least 20 attempts to install this printer, I have been unsuccessful. Therefor I am not satisfied with this printer. This is my 3rd HP Printer and my first time to have this problem with the installation. I will be returning it.

No help in sight. I have tried for days to set up this printer, to no avail. It is stuck and there is no help anywhere other than a manual that is sorely lacking in detail and helpful content.
