this is a nice freezer, big double doors. with locking feature and little installation with the door handles is necessary

hesitant on some reviews but its been going strong for about 3 months with no issues - which I wouldn't expect issues. Wish they would run that deal again for $575, I'd buy one more

Great plug and play with massive capacity

The only thing I would change would be adding dividers and more baskets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer came well packaged with no dents. Handels were easy to install. Upon start up the fan blade was hitting the refrigerant line and making noise. Had to bend copper line slightly to remedy. I wish the freezer had an internal light and 2 more baskets. But I like the size and double doors that remain open when lifted.

Can't beat the price ! Ours kept freezing/ icing up between where the two doors meet ! Call factory tech support in Canada ' what a joke no help !!!! Called Sam's club customer service > I was on hold so long 45min. I was disconnected ! I normally but from Lowe's because they have great service department but did not want to pay $300 more !! So we put on more gaskets but still froze up! Then we realized there is no insulation in or under the support bar between the two lids ! So we still had the foam board packing that came with unit , there is a piece about 4" wide x 2" thick we cut it down about 1/4" longer than what was needed put adhesive on the back and wedged it on the bottom side of the support bar !!! This stopped it from freezing up !!!!!! Went back a week later and cut two small pieces about 3/4" x 1/2" x full length and filled in the sides ! Makes no sense why the factory did not do this !!! Took me two years two figure this out !!! Freezer does hold zero very well !! The gasket do sweat with condensation no way to stop that ! HOPE THIS WILL HELP SOMEONE WITH THE SAME ISSUE !!!!!

Damage to bottom of freezer by controller that wasn't discovered until after it was unboxed and unwrapped.

The freezer came well packaged and looks very nice. However, after plugging in for a day to cool down first, the inside metal wall has cracked from the plastic trim, see picture attached.

The freezer may be great but the delivery was exceptionally poor. The shipper sent me a text that it would arrive between 9 and 12 so I planned my day accordingly. When it had not arrived by 1:00 I called the shipper and was told they couldn't have sent that text because their delivery time was between 8 and 5. I told the customer service rep I was looking at the text as we spoke and it said 9 and 12. She then said, it couldn't have been from them. I asked if she represented Maerski. She said yes. I told her that the text said it was from Maerski. She threatened to hang up on me because I couldn't talk to her like that. The freezer finally showed up at 6:30. I then got an email telling me it had been delivered at 11:00am. There was something fraudulent in this.

we had issues with delivery being late, although scheduled. but the biggest issue is we purchased in August 2025, its now March 2026, and the thermostat in the freezer has already gone bad.
