If you enjoy seeing the time of day on your microwave this microwave is not for you. The day and time disappear after a few minutes. The maximum display time is 15 minutes. An option for always on should have been designed into the unit. It's also impossible to know where to touch to light up the face so you end up with finger prints all over the glass. So, a small lit line or dot would have made things much easier.

It looks great with my dark cabinets and the edge to edge glass is a high end look. I do wish finger prints didn’t show on the glass but it is easy to clean. The microwave has a ton of features and is smart app compatible. It is very easy to use and works well. You do have to really select the buttons on the display. My start button seems to be a little finicky but it does work once pressed on center and firmly. It heats well and evenly. I am very happy with the functionality it provides and how nice it looks in my kitchen.

My favorite feature is using the app to turn on and off the light. It also works great. No problems with it. Will definitely continue to use the Samsung brand in the future. Get this microwave and you can’t go wrong. The SmartThings App is really cool. I love being able to do things from a distance, Like shutting off the fan and light. The capacity of the Microwave is perfect size for a large meal. The Sensor cook is a cool feature to avoid having to turn it on several times or avoid overheating. The voice control works great! I can’t wait to try all the other features .

The prompt and efficient service and delivery exceeded expectations. Although we typically prefer LG for kitchen appliances, we are pleased with our decision to try Samsung.

I am still learning all the settings as it can be connected to your phone and also our Samsung fridge. It has a Smart Things app that I have not downloaded because my Husband did and wasn’t too happy with it. It gives you a notification when your food is ready and you turn the vent light off and on. I really don’t think this is needed at all. This is a very nice microwave and it looks cool but it’s kinda hard to see in as the window is dark. Overall, this is a great microwave, I just won’t use any of the features on the app.
