I've used it to serve dips and also hold charcuterie. It is oven and microwave safe, and can be put in the dishwasher. It's a great conversation piece for you next party.

Perfect size and high quality porcelain sealed with glossy white glaze for a non-stick surface. Super easy to clean. Nice for baking or serving. Is safe for food use in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Can’t wait to serve up our favorite recipes in this unique dish. Perfect hostess gift or great for entertaining!

It's cute and would be great for snacks or charcuterie. Unfortunately it would not be great for any baked dishes, dips, etc due to the shape. The little crevices would burn and be impossible to clean easily. Other states would probably be better. So while it's good quality and I like the Idea, it's one Louisiana Purchase I probably wouldn't make, unless just for occasional themed snacks.

The ceramic is great quality the dish is sturdy but lightweight. The WI plate holds about the same amount as a quiche dish, which is perfect to bake a dip in or use as a small charcuterie board. This is a very nice plate that is in the shape of a state. Also, it is big. If you have a unusual shaped state, you will need to plan accordingly regarding storage.
