I haven't drank this enough to feel any effects from it but from the couple times I have I seem to have more energy throughout the day and evening. The not great part is the earthy taste that comes through especially at the end of the drink. I got the berry one and it reminds me of tea. Not cough syrup like other people have stated in reviews.

This powder has worked wonders on my sleep schedule!! I know that’s not really what it’s used for, but it’s been a waterfall effect… kinda like a trickle down because I expend all my extra energy and simply sleep better because I feel healthier and more content.

I bought this for my daughter, who is getting a degree in physics and spends about 12 hours a day studying and going to class. I wanted to provide her some extra nutritional support. I had started using a greens product myself and loved it! She thought my product tasted too much like grass. It really does. She'd seen Bloom all over Tik Tok so I purchased her a supply and we both looked forward to trying it. However, this product uses stevia, which has become very popular. I found the stevia used in this product to be extremely bloating and neither my daughter nor myself wanted to use Bloom more than once. Since I already use a greens product, I knew it wasn't the product itself as the product I use has no stevia and does not cause bloating. It makes me very sad I can't return the Bloom because it's very expensive and we bought the large container.

The greens really hurt my stomach. My stomach has been uneasy since I started them. I tried to contact Bloom to return the item.. and they just said sorry it didnt work for me, and they don't accept returns. It did not help with bloating, at all.. in fact it made me feel more bloated.

Bloom greens are absolutely delicious. I’ve tried every single flavor, and I have not been disappointed. They have a very natural texture that is not chalky like other greens I have tried. It tastes great on its own in water, or if you’re trying to ease into the green life, mixing with a light juice works too. I never miss a day of drinking them, and if I somehow do, I feel it in my body that I’m missing something vital for my energy and stomach. My entire family and friend group uses Bloom greens. We’re hooked!

This was my first time buying the greens and unfortunately I’m not a huge fan of this flavor. I can’t taste anything citrus about it. I’m sure a lot of people would enjoy it as it’s sweet and doesn’t taste bad at all. I’m just not a big sweet person, so it’s a bit much for me. Adding lemon juice helps a bit. I DO think the product is effective, so it’s worth it in the end. I was also a little disappointed to find the container only half full when I first opened.

I really love my body! Its not that i was looking for a fix or anything. I just wanted something to make me not so bloated after eating a meal that was a little bigger than it should have been lol.... I knew that it would help to take a greens supplement because i havent really been awesome about getting in my greens.. I missed having a small waist line but i just feel like i have been stresssed and not thinking as much about my tummy! started taking greens and things are so much better, my tummy is back to being flat and i feel so much less stressed about my body.

I like the original to mix with banana and spinach in a shake. I'm a gym enthusiast and have seen many women with a shake filled with green superfoods, so I had to try it out for myself. I'lll never go back to my traditional protein shakes. This is the one for me.

Kinda pricy for a poor college girl, but worth the expense. I keep it on my dorm room desk with a shaker bottle for quick on-the-go breakfasts. So far, it’s been filling and satisfying. Plus, it gives me an energetic jolt. Which means, even if I pulled and all-nighter, I could still stay awake and aware through all of my classes.

I’m not sure what they changed with the recipe, but it doesn’t dissolve quite as well and the flavor is a little different. My coconut greens looked a little brown so I emailed customer support and they said color varies due to natural ingredients and that they have also changed their recipe. There was also no moisture pack in there. This just doesn’t dissolve and it’s gritty. Shame because these are my favorite greens.
