I think it's best to have this in the middle of the day to give you that "boost" everyone talks about. I've been using the greens for about two months and have played around with when I take them. The anti-bloat and digestion positives are awesome and from my experience you can benefit no matter when you take your greens. But for the energy that some people allude to I think it's best to have your greens on an empty stomach between meals!

It really helped with the bloating before my period but what really shocked me was my high blood pressure. I think it may be because of the high veggie content but either way my doctor is very pleased. The only thing I have changed is adding this to my morning and night routine and in about 3 weeks, I had lower blood pressure. FYI I used the strawberry kiwi flavor!!

My lifestyle is busy and chaotic, so this powder gives me a hit of veggies and important stuff without an actual sit-down meal. I can add it to my drinks, then feel energized for the rest of my work shifts. It’s been a godsend for this nurse, for sure.

Severe fatigue, inflammation, and chronic constipation used to plague me, daily. This powder took care of all of that within a few weeks. I tried the coconut flavor for the first time! The powder is very fine so when you blend it into the water it’s not grainy or sandy. The flavor is very unique. I did taste the coconut but I needed to get used to it. I didn’t find the taste or smell of coconut to be as strong as others claimed it was. But overall I prefer it iced with water and after the first couple days I find myself enjoying it!

After hearing about this product from “influencers”and seeing advertisements for months, I finally decided I was going to try it and see if it was worth the hype. I haven’t noticed a difference in how I look or feel. Which is disappointing and makes me skeptical to try any of their other products. I consider myself a very active person; workouts, hot yoga, long runs several times a week. I don’t eat like shit, so I have regular bowel movements on my own. Maybe this product is meant for a different lifestyle type of person? Haha. It does taste good - which is why I gave it 2 stars. I’d happily take a refund and send them the rest of their product back but that’s not an option. Alas, I write this review in hopes someone takes my word for it and saves there money for a better product.

Taken greens supplements in the past and they never really caused me to feel one way or another, until Bloom. This stuff… I could feel a positive difference in under a week. My joints feel smoother, my digestive system is functioning properly, and my skin is clearing up. Gimme more!!

I was skeptical about buying this at first and I didn’t know what flavor. Im very picky and am not a fan of green tasting drinks, or so I thought! I bought the mango thanks to Leanna dub a instagram influencer and tried it out. The flavor mango is amazing it doesn’t even taste bad like I thought it was! Already seen the product work instantly, I had no more bloat and it worked like it said it would!

I started taking the bloom powder every morning and within three days I noticed a significant difference in not only my stomach bloating but my energy levels. As someone who is constantly drinking coffee for energy, taking this once a day made a big impact.

I love the taste of these greens! My top two are coconut and the new mango flavor. I am not a huge veggie person, so I was lacking in that area of my diet. This has helped my diet a lot. I do notice some bloating still, but not as bad. Also, as someone with IBS, this really helped me! A little too much info, but I was very happy that I’m not having to plan my day around a bathroom . After being consistent with drinking greens I noticed a huge difference from that standpoint. I usually have them in the morning unless I work then I take them after work during dinner.
