Highly recommended! I add it to whatever I have on hand in the mornings… vanilla yogurt? Chocolate almond milk? Orange juice? All good combos!

All the flavors are exceptional! But my faves are the coconut and original! And the magic they do for bloating and overall gut health is incredible!
