It helped with my constipation! I have regular bowel movements and I don't get bloated like I used to. This started once I was drinking the superfoods everyday so definitely related. So thankful!

If ur going to be dumb and get the original put it with a smoothie or sum like me cuz when I got it I tried it with water and I gagged. Would defo get a flavoured one next time

The citrus flavour tastes a little bit like an orange Julius/orange creamsicle, it’s really good!! I also immediately noticed that my skin is clearer and my stomach is less bloated.
