It has a bit of weight to it but I was able to get it on my bed. The thickness of the foam is perfect. Sleeping on the Sealy Dreamlife was definitely a dream. The foam wasn't too mushy or too firm it was just right. The foam supported my body perfectly no matter which way I laid or turned. This mattress gave me the best sleep that I have had in a long time. I didn't wake up throughout the night and woke refreshed and finally without back pain. Comfortable and decent to sleep on but I wish it provided a bit more support to prevent sinkage when just trying to sit on it. Better for side and back sleepers as it's a bit too soft to comfortably sleep on your stomach.
