I had this mattress for 80 days and it was so painful. I would wake up with a sore back and hips each morning. I followed all the advice for breaking in this mattress and it made no difference. I am still doing physical therapy to try and undo the harm to my back and hips. The description says it is cooling but that is not true. I would wake up in the middle of the night because it was too hot. I also bought 2 expensive Tempur-Pedic pillows thinking this would help, but turned out to be a waste of money. They are very heavy and don't provide any cooling benefit. I found another mattress brand that is much more comfortable, provides the needed support for my back and hips and is cooling.

This was our second Tempur Pedic and we love it. We purchased and received it the very next day. The salesperson at Mattress Firm in New Braunfels was very profession and answered all our questions honestly and the installation team were also very professional.

We bought this matters and it's absolutely terrible for allegedly being a firm mattress. We've had it for less than 2 months when it already showed signs of sagging. I've filed a warranty claim which was denied due to not having 3\4" inch sag. To be clear the sag is not the big problem with this mattress. It envelops you when you sit or lay down immediately. It's a terrible mattress for me and I've even got a doctor's note that I will share outlining the back pain it's caused me. I'm highly disappointed with this mattress and the lack of warranty.

After 15 years our original Tempurpedic had developed a bit (just tiny but still..) of a dip. It was no longer providing the support we knew was possible. Purchased this new one, went for the top of the line, and only wish we had done so a few years ago. Everything you read about it is true (the good stuff, that is). Well worth the money.

I got our LuxeAdapt a few weeks ago and could not be happier with our selection! Our old mattress was 10+ years ago so it was time for an update and my goodness - it has been a dream to sleep on! The amazing design allows me to fall asleep so much faster and for longer periods too. Even with my light sleeping habits, I hardly wake up to any movements from my husband's side with their motion canceling technology. I chose the firm option and wouldn't have it any other way. It gives me the firm support I need, but still molds to my body to alleviate those pressure points. Even my husband has been raving about how refreshed he feels in the morning thanks to our new LuxeAdapt. If you're thinking about investing in a Tempur-Pedic, do it! Our old mattress was also a Tempur so you know I'm a true fan of their brand and quality products. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than one week with this new mattress system, so we need more 'mileage' before we can truly declare our rating. We traded out a ten year old Tempurapedic bed and immediately noticed that the new generation one is a heads and shoulders improvement in terms of comfort. We simply no longer have pain in the morning. Things that will take time: Getting use to cal King split; trying to figure out best positions for sleeping; and where to store the remote at night, while still having easy access (not obvious).

Having owned Tempur-Pedic products since 2000 and having to replace our 23 year old Tempur-Pedic we were amazed at the new things offered. We have opted to get the split king as we are in our 70s and would have the best beds if we were to become bed bound. We have the Split King with the Tempur-Pedic-Ergo Extend Smart Base. Best of the best. We had a regular Tempur-Pedic king on a regular frame for 23 years. If this great set up lasts us as long we will be totally thrilled. Sleeping like a baby in this new bed.

We upgraded from a queen tempurpedic cloud luxe that we owned for 7 years to the lux adapt soft in King. I'm not sure I can tell the difference with the adapt feature although it must be working because our room is always freezing yet our bed is never too firm and uncomfortable. I have had the bed for about a month now and I am very comfortable (even at 6 months pregnant). Great bed! I also have to say our old bed still works great and is now being used by our 4 year old. We expect many more years of enjoyment out of both mattresses.

But it is absolutely hands down the MOST COMFORTABLE mattress I've ever slept on in my life! Even without the extra features that could be enjoyed IF I had the Tempurpedic PowerBase for the mattress to be put down into. This is an item which can be purchased (separately) for the mattress to be put into since it hat could possibly I have had this mattress about 3 weeks now, I fell in love the first night & it still keeps getting more and more comfortable!!! I believe that's due to the special type of memory foam that is used in tempurpedic products because it is not just regular memory foam, it is much better! This mattress will conform to your body in the most perfect way and it literally feels like it hugs every part of me which I love! As a side sleeper with scoliosis curvatures in my middle of my back and also where my spine meets my neck. This mattress has already made a huge difference as far as helping my chronic pain that I deal with from the scoliosis. I love that this mattress helps to keep cool at night also, which I think would do even better with that if I wasn't addicted to my flannel sheets lol. Another thing I love about this mattress is that it is not your traditional white or off white colored mattress. My kids especially, and myself can be quite messy, so dark colors are always better for us! I love everything about this mattress I truly do. The comfort level if rated 1 - 10 would definitely surpass 10 by thousands There are only two negative things I can say about this mattress, which both things are not even aspects that would even be an issue with some or most people in the first place. The first would be that it has a very high price point. The next is that it can not be used with a regular box spring due to the heavy weight of the mattress which again, this is probably not an issue for some if not most people.
