Do not buy the luxe adapt firm. The lady at Tempurpedic said most people get soft and return it for the firm. Firm is horrible. My wife and I are both side sleepers and after 6months on this horrible stiff mattress we want to get rid of it! We should have gone with soft even though the sales lady said soft isn't good and most people return it. Do not buy firm. We are putting a mattress topper on ours as a last ditch effort before we just donate it! Our backs, shoulders, and chest are sore from this firm brick bed! I've had Tempurpedic before and it was incredible. This "Luxe" firm is bad and stiff as the floor. Do not recommend. Do not buy.

One side of the mattress sinks in badly, and there is little support. Can't move off that one spot on mattress or will slide back into indent. Warranty was denied because the indent isn't easily visible. We will never recommend your product and are very disappointed in customer service..

This is the first memory foam mattress I've bought. After having terrible experiences with sleeping with my heat-radiating s.o., I was a little nervous about getting a memory foam mattress. We tried the LuxeBreeze in the store twice, the second time we laid on it for about 30 minutes and still felt the cooling affects. We bit the bullet and bought it for ourselves, and have slept wonderfully ever since we received it.

I've been having trouble sleeping and have been in pain from our previous mattress. I went looking at mattresses and picked this out after trying them out in the store. WOW. It's like sleeping on a cloud. Every inch hugs your body. I purchased the soft version because it was so much more relaxing than the firm version. It's warranted for ten years which makes it that much better.

I have only had this bed a couple of weeks and have had the best rest I have had in the last two years. The other tempur mattress I had was bad from the start and only got worse. I am praying that this mattress stays just like it is now and that is perfect. I can rest as soon as I lay down on it and not wake up numb. This is a mattress you have to try to understand how great it is. This is the first time in over two years that I have been able to sleep.

I have had a tempur-pedic mattress for 15 or so years, and loved it. Decided it was time for a new mattress. Went to my local dealer and started laying on the medium and firm mattresses. I assumed I knew what I wanted and kind of ignored the salesman. He suggested I use the mapping technology to tell me which firmness to choose. He did two tests, on my back and side, both indicated from my pressure points that I needed a soft mattress. I tried it out and fell in love. I no longer had to readjust to the "sweet spot" for my shoulder. I am very happy with my mattress and the service I received during my purchase. I went back a couple of weeks later and bought 2 king size pillows. I use them as side sleep hug pillows and I love them.

We have been pleased at how long they last and held up through moves, etc. We have watched as the mattresses have evolved and we decided on the Tempur-LuxeAdapt and we love it! A Lot! I'm sleeping cooler, we rest more completely and we are completely happy with our purchase. I have knee and back issues from a trip and I rest comfortably when I'm having flare ups. Yes, they are expensive. But for your sleep and health, it's good to invest in a good nights sleep. We will always use Tempurpedic products!! For life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE! My old mattress was one that rolls up and comes in a box. That foam kind you have to let air into the bag until it becomes a mattress. I'm glad we switched. The foam layer paired with the springs are a match made in heaven. My partner stoped having back problems after sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks. I love it because it's both squishy and supportive. The ONLY downside is that it has a...smell to it. To be expected with a new mattress but it's a bit strong and plastic. 10/10 would recommend.

I am utterly obsessed with my mattress. It is VERY soft - like, once you're in it you ain't leaving. But if I am stressed out, literally laying on this bed helps relieve all my tension! My husband has also stopped cracking his neck constantly and honestly the world is a better place because of that! *I was gifted this mattress in exchange for my honest review. Overall I love this bed. It does seem that I have to be near the middle to not get the feeling I may slide out ( it's a split king. When you raise the head you slide down and you feet dangle over the end ( I'm 5'4). Some kind of pull out at the foot would be nice. Not one backache- the adjustability can make it perfect for your body. Be careful of the pillows : the ones we bought in the store are soft and pliable, the perfect pillow. The ones we got with the online deal with purchase were supposed to be the same but are three times as thick and hard as a rock- must weigh 5 lbs. we called the store and the person that helped us with our bed purchase, went out of her way to see we got two of the ones we love. The split is a mixed blessing. It's wonderful to adjust each side like you want but it opens a crack in the middle and things ( including our small dog) have fallen through. I'd still take it over a bed with one adjustment all the across. No need for a topper on this bed like we had for our cloud lux. This was comfy from day one, doesn't sleep hot either. Almost the perfect bed.
